Lovely cabin with breath taking view

Fantastic location with beautiful view, very welcoming host and stow on the wold is a lovely village. Really don't think you can do better for the price. If we go to this area again the old log cabin will be our choice for accommodation

Great place to meet a friend, walk the local area, amble into town and share a glass of wine as the sun went down.

The cabin is in a quiet, safe location with a fabulous view. The hosts are attentive yet respectful. It is comfortable and well equipped with lovely little touches. Read the reviews and you can’t go wrong.

Nothing, yet be prepared for the single track road . We loved it .

Stow on the Wold is lovely, but the cabin is not for us especially in such hot weather.

No cooker, microwave or toaster and no sink to wash up, we had to wash cups etc in the bathroom basin. No fan was offered to us, even though the temperature was 30+ we had to park at another residence

Excellent property in a beautiful, idyllic setting!

We received a lovely warm welcome and the place is fantastic. It's a short walk away from the town centre, which most would love. The views are spectacular and the cabin was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner was extremely helpful and made a number of concessions. If we go back to the Cotswolds we'll definitely look to stay here again.

It was too far for me to push my wheelchair, but that's the only small negative point and I'm really saying 99/100. I couldn't say anything at all negative about our stay. Highly recommend this place.

A Little Bit of Paradise

Biny and Tony's hospitality. The fact there was a washer and dryer available. Everything you could imagine needing was available in the cabin. Hosts went above and beyond in helping our transportation issues. We loved it, setting was beautiful.

Quiet,quaint and quirky

It was quaint and quirky. My friend said she felt like Goldilocks staying in a cabin in the woods. It had everything we needed and the hosts were very attentive. Our comfort was put above everything and we had an amazing nights sleep as was so comfortable and peaceful. Well located for visiting the Cotswolds and near a good selection of pubs and restaurants.

Would have been great to have a toaster so we could have some breakfast but that is just our preference

Tony and Bidy were fabulous hosts, friendly, kind and extremely accommodating. The view is stunning, close enough to town to walk yet far enough away to feel secluded. Our stay was short but unforgettable, it was like being in the little house on the prairie, everything was very well equipped, very clean, tidy, the place is beautiful with wonderful views, a beautiful sunrise, the place is highly recommended, the hosts are very generous, very friendly, very attentive, totally recommended for all those who want to enjoy nature, tranquility, peace and appreciate the landscape.

Parfait !

J'ai passé une nuit merveilleuse lors de mon voyage dans les Costwolds dans la Old Log Cabin. Tout était parfait, tellement joli, calme et pittoresque. C'est le meilleur endroit pour une soirée reposante après une journée d'exploration. Les hôtes sont très gentils et font tout pour qu'on ne manque de rien. C'est très pratique qu'il y ait une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Ils ont même pensé à me laisser une petite dose de lait dans le frigo pour avoir un café au lait le matin. On ne manque de rien ! Il ne fait pas froid du tout non plus, et le lit est même chauffant. C'était très agréable. La petite maison est très très bien décorée, j'ai adoré m'installer dans cet univers...on se croirait dans un livre ! Et d'ailleurs tout était aussi parfaitement propre. Nickel ! A Stow on the Wold, il y a des restaurants ouverts le soir et des salons de thé ouverts le matin pour manger un english breakfast, c'est une escale idéale dans les Costwolds. MERCI mille fois pour cette super soirée !!
