Location was perfect! Instructions were clear for accessing the property. The aircon worked well.

No wifi despite advertising wifi. Previous review to ours told them there was no wifi but that wasn’t conveyed to us. We spent ages trying to work the connection out. They told us it would be fixed but it wasn’t. Offer to refund just for cost of data but dats wasn’t suitable as we needed wifi and so couldn’t work from the apartment. Refund details haven’t been provided yet. More clean pillow slips for two pillows each would be good. More toilet paper and soap for a 5 night stay needed please.

La cercanía de todos los monumentos y sitios históricos. La limpieza es muy buena. Instalaciones cómodas para unos días de visita a Verona. El personal tardo en contestar nuestras peticiones pero el mismo día de entrada nos dejó check in antes de hora.

Location amazing, very comfortable apartment, great air-con. The sofa bed was made up on arrival which was so nice.

Our WiFi didn’t work and someone didn’t come soon enough to fix it which was frustrating. Several of the outlets didn’t work and could have used more cooking utensils. The photos make it look like you have access to a balcony but you actually don’t.
