Broken window in the dining room/ living room

Location location location. Near marble arch, Oxford street, Hyde park, paddington train station and even Marylebone train station.
Rooms are comfy, toilets are new and clean contrary to an earlier post. Utensils are new and kitchen is v functional.
Security
1. Main gate is sometimes kept open either by security guard or other tenants. This basically means anyone can walk in and it is a rather high traffic road.
2. The apartment did not come with a ledge from inside, which didn’t make me feel safe sleeping at night unlike at home or in a hotel
3. There was an occasion that the mgmt wants to come in and “fix” WiFi stating they have keys and because I reported issues. That’s a big no no since I have not agreed.
Interior (minor)
1. Marble tiles have popped up a bit in some place of hall (near to bathroom). Might cut tenants
2. Socket point is a bit spoilt in hall. (See photos)
3. Broken window in hall (see photos) appreciated the air coming in though..
4. WiFi instructions not clear enough.
