Sängarna var otroligt hårda och det var inte två våningssängar som det stod i bokningen utan var nog en 120cm våningssäng.

I'm giving this a 10 relative to what was expected and what was provided. For the price offered, I didn't have unrealistic expectations for the room or services offered. Instead, as a young couple in need of a relatively cheap room near the centre, where we would mostly have a sleep at night and explore the city during the day, this room was perfect. The location is near supermarkets, and if you like walking just like we did, it is about 30 min walk (2 straight line walks) to the heart of London. We are very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to similar-minded people just like us.

We didn't face this issue ourselves, but if you have heavy luggage, the common areas to get to your room are narrow and full of stairs (especially if you are on the higher levels), so be ready for this. Also, if your neighbours are loud, it may feel as if they are inside your room sometimes when they speak in a loud voice especially during moving outside your door.

Arrivee autonome 2h du matin pas de draps pour tous les lits pas de serviettes pour chaque personne obligés de dormir habilles la première nuit avant que le personnel intervienne le lendemain. Lits superposés mal vissé du coup sommeil difficile pour les 4 occupants
