The flat is really lovely, very tastefully decorated with state of the art amenities (including heating and cooling systems). Enough space for 3 adults. Great location in central London. Overall we were very happy to have booked it.
Some improvement would render it a true 5* property in central London: Bedding/towels were not up to the standards of the property (sheets had not been ironed, which I find inappropriate for an apartment of this standard). Clean but not impeccably so. Also, TV could have given the choice to connect with platforms like Netflix (on customers' own accounts).

The location was central. We could take the bus everywhere in Central London just a few minutes walk away. Also communication with staff was prompt and they helped us with our queries.
The kitchen could do with a microwave as well as a dish rack. Other than that there were most things in the kitchen. Also the shower head needs to be replaced.
