Awesome location, affordable and comfortable bed
There was only a fan, no aircon. During a heatwave on the top floor of the property it was unbelievably hot - especially at night. Shower only ran hot on our level as well.

Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro et à distance raisonnable du centre ville à pied (25 min). Le quartier est animé, avec beaucoup de restaurants dans la rue. Il reste calme le soir et la nuit. Le prix est correct pour la localisation. Les autres occupants étaient calmes et respectueux.
L'état général laisse à désirer, ça mériterait une bonne rénovation. La cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas, et on ne nous a pas signalé qu'il y en avait une seconde à l'étage en dessous. Une meilleure communication sur les équipements de la maison serait un vrai plus. Eau chaude aléatoire.
