Absolutely nothing
The worst experience of booking.com I had. After a very long flight I was forced to book something as the renovation of my own apartment 2 streets away was not finished yet. After booking there was no key in the lockerbox and after trying to call 11 times and 10 messages and waiting for 1 hour in the cold the owner finally called me back for the code of another locker box. After entering the room the smell was so horrible it smelled like there was a dead person smoking inside.. it was horrible. The room wasn't clean, there was hair, dirt, dust and just looks like an old student house. We paid €139 for one night, Im expecting something for this money. After 1 min inside the biggest joke started, there was construction work the wall next to us. They were drilling so loud, slamming with hammers on the wall and blasting music. After contacting the owner again he offered me another room more that 30 minutes away from here. and if this didnt meet my requirements he was sorry and just didny reply on my messages anymore. I booked this at 4 pm and at 5:30 pm I asked for a refund because of the situation. We had to leave, couldnt stay here anymore and booked a hotel close to here. He didnt reply anymore, just cares about the money. Its a shame to treat people like this, and ask this absurd amount of money for this room. Hopefully I can warn some people here

Zero freedom
I didn't like anything. It's common like any other place, but with too many rules.
After paying I had a surprise, a multitude of rules that you can't do anything and for everything you do there is an extra fee, this makes anyone uncomfortable and they are constantly sending messages talking about the rules. I was in the city on vacation and booked the apartment for two people. But I couldn't have more than one friend over. I would have to pay extra. The excess of rules made me so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave.

Het schoonmaak personeel wat aanwezig was. Ze spraken niet allemaal Nederland of Engels. Het bedrijf was niet makkelijk te bereiken en wilde erb lang een discussie met je aan gaan. B.V. bij veel studio,s werkte de inductie gewoon niet. Dat bleek al maanden zo te zijn bij meerdere studio’s. Ik was daar niet op vakantie of voor mijn werk. Ik had voor deze studio gekozen zodat ik s‘avonds zelf kon koken. Zonder een werkende inductie gaat dat niet. Je gaat ook niet elke avond een noodle soepje eten. De lift kwam soms vast te zitten voor wel 1 uur…. terwijl het een vrij nieuw gebouw is. Daar moet ook verbetering in komen. Door de niet werkende inductie kookplaat moest ik elke avond (ik verbleef er 7 nachten) buiten de deur eten. Dat koste mij dus veel extra geld wat ik normaal niet had hoeven uitgeven. De koelkast werkte wel goed, het bed lag fijn. Het balkon was ook een fijne plek om even rustig te kunnen gaan zitten. Na veel lange e-mails heen en weer heb ik een gedeelte betreft wat ik betaald had terug gekregen. Het schoonmaak personeel werkt hard en proberen je te helpen maar ze krijgen ook maar kort de tijd om studio’s schoon te maken. Zijn er problemen neem dan contact op met het bedrijf zelf! Die zijn ook verantwoordelijk voor fouten die er al maanden lang zijn.
Te lange discussies met het bedrijf als er een probleem was. Daar waren ze al maanden van op de hoogte! Veel inductie kookplaten zijn kapot, ook de lift blijft regelmatig vast zitten. Voor een half uur ( als je geluk hebt ) meestal een uur. Er komt dan een monteur langs maar soms zit je één uur en half uur vast.
