Great location for a short stay in the city centre

Great location in the city centre, with easy access on arrival (no lift though). The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfortable and all in all good value for money.

The wi-fi was very poor (less than 1mbs download) even right next to the router and, whilst not the apartment's fault, the 5G signal was not great either. The kitchen was fairly well equipped although none of the saucepans had lids so if you're thinking of cooking for yourself keep it simple (also remember there is no microwave).

Comfy, clean and practical

Clean and comfortable, everything provided to prepare basic meals. Good quality natural soaps and shampoo. Great view of cathedral from the kitchen and deck. Loved the excellent lighting throughout. Nikki was right there with a response to a problem, even interrupting her meeting to understand what my problem might be. Kudos!

Entering the building was difficult and nobody of the 3 guests attempting to check in were able to figure out the fob reader system! After the first person gained entry, we all learned from his apparent direct communication with host. Some noise on Saturday night from the nightlife outside. Bring earplugs and don't worry!

Handy location but they need to specify there is no lift and no parking near by.

Location was good.

We were not warned about three flights of very steep double turn staircases. Not easy with large suitcases etc. Bedroom & bathroom extremely sparsely furnished eg no bedside tables, no shelves over sink for toothbrushes .. Crockery in kitchen was poor - only two teacups and they were chipped and no mugs for hot drinks with handles.

the apartment is chic, efficient, spacious and clean. great location and good amenities.amusing touches and imaginative decor, big fridge by european standards.

the communication about checking in was supposed to be by email, but i did not receive it. i phoned contact number 3 times and finally someone picked up. the booking dot com info was incorrect; phone info was great. Holland has lots of smokers and i wish the venue didn't allow smoking on property. we had to close our windows to keep out smoke from other residents out on their patio. the last night there, the new upstairs neighbors partied on their patio until at least 2:30 am and i was kept awake by their noise. i think it would help to have an on-site manager to enforce reasonable limits. Also, would have. helped to have 2 sets of keys, as my partner and i sometimes had different schedules.

I absolutely loved everything about this apartment! It's stylish, cozy, spotlessly clean, and has a pleasant scent throughout. The space is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Eindhoven. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a few night and visit the city.

Interior and was close to the downtown. Bed was comfortable and the flat was nice.

Location was good and facilities were good.

We had 2 guys visiting unannounced to replace a broken table (we hadn't reported it). It would've been better to schedule the replacement when the apartment was vacant or at least provide notice that someone would be attending. I had the feeling that if we hadn't been in the flat then they would've just let themselves in as they had the table with them. It would have been polite to let us know in advance.

Location is amazing. Right on the edge of the centre of Eindhoven so close to everything but also nice and quiet at night. Amazing value apartment with a really nice layout and patio. For 1 person it was huge!

We loved the style and location of the apartment. It was spacious and very well equipped.

It was super hot when we were there and the apartment desperately needed air conditioning or a fan. Being on the 3rd floor made it quite an effort getting your luggage up and down.

Stylish and comfortable apartment in an ideal location.

Loved the design and specification of the apartment, it made the trip that little bit more special. The owner was really friendly as well, we were next door to a great bar/restaurant and the location was central to everything that we wanted to see.

It was a bit cold on the last night and the type of heating in that apartment couldn't be adjusted. This wasn't a huge problem, we just needed an extra layer.

Comfortable, clean home away from home

The apartment was very beautiful and clean. It was comfortable, homely, and well equipped with everything you need. The owners were friendly and very responsive whenever I had any questions

The only negative was that it was the noisiest place I've ever stayed at in Eindhoven. It seems to be located nearby some night clubs, and on Saturday they don't close until 4am, with very loud music and drunk people singing and shouting all night. Even at 6am the music was still going. I didn't sleep at all that night. This was only on Saturday though, the other nights were fine. But if you're a light sleeper, you may want to be aware of this.

A wonderful stay in Eindhoven’s best area

We stayed in the Olivia suite on the 3rd floor. The apartament is spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals, they also offer discounts at nearby restaurants. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the view to St Catherine’s church is amazing! So happy with our choice and we highly recommend it!

maybe the est equipped kitchen i have been to, even with olive oil for cooking, at last the bath also was well equipped with shampoo and shower gel and clean the bed was comfortable the location was at the middle of the most important part of the city

Our stay was pleasant. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, comfortable. It is in vicinity of everything in the center of Eindhoven. The communication with the host was immediate and when needed, the problem was resolved quickly.
