Very enjoyable, would stay again.

Lovely clean apartment in a very good location, ideal for friend groups or couples, a grea base to explore the beautiful city of Eindhoven from.

Bathroom is cramped but functional. We were there for 3 nights, extra towels or a change of towels would have been nice. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided.

Really great apartment, very nearly perfect, just had some bits not done

We stayed for 4 days as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was in a great location, private alleyway with other people renting from the same company from around the world. Very easy to locate with the instructions given by the company and get in with the code. Good instructions given for parking along with a website (recommend Pastoor Sickingstraat or Le Sage ten Broeklan which are a little walk but free). Quick to get everywhere, nearby big shop (Jumbo), restaurants (recommend Down Town Market), city centre, bike rental (shout out to Velorent). The apartment was spacious and featured lots of great extras such as cooking utensils. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to others.

Unfortunately the bedside tables, bedside lamps, apartment floors and stairs were dusty. We just had enough crockery (plates, bowls) for 4 of us. I would recommend letting them know if you plan to use all 3 beds as we didn't have a duvet cover for the sofa bed on our first night and were lucky enough to have a spare pillow in one of the bedrooms. Our toaster was full of dried cheese and the oven was really dirty. The company did replace the toaster and apologised for the rest. I would still stay here again.

The location is very convenient

If you come with a group (4 or more people), the bathroom can be quite crowded , since it is very tiny and the toilet is together with the shower. Nothing we did not now about in advance, though. :)

Voor deze prijs was de accomatie te duur. Gebrek aan materiaal en niets gezelligs of comfortabel.

De inrichting van het pand is heel basic. Er waren geen drie slaapkamers/ zithoek. Een hele kleine badkamer + toilet, amper 3 vierkantie meter, aansluitend op de leefruimte, voor 5/6 personen. Slechts 4 stoelen voor 5/6 personen + 2 poefs. In de keuken: 4 platte borden, 1 koffietas, 2 kleine koffietasjes, 4 glazen theetassen, geen diepe borden om bv. spaghetti te eten. Wel 4 waterglazen en 2 wijnglazen, 2 kookpotten en 2 pannen. De ligging om naar het centrum te gaan was OK.

Extra tax van 69 euro voor we de code kregen. Voor alle personen moest de naam en het rijksregisternummer worden ingegeven + een selfie-foto van mezelf. Waarom? Dit werd vooraf niet gecommuniceerd. Te kleine badkamer Inrichting is heel basic en niet gezellig. Geen zithoek. Of dit was de slaapbank in slaapkamer 3. Daar kan je ook niet met 5 op zitten 2 slaapkamers waren proper, maar slechts 1 nachtlamp per kamer. Niets om je gerief op te zetten.

Unzumutbar und mieserable Kommunikation

Die Lage war gut. Einrichtung und Service gerade so genügend.

Die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt. In der Spülmaschine stand noch das Geschirr vom Vormieter und in der Waschmaschine waren schmutzige, ungewaschen Handtücher. In der Toilette waren deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat der Vermieter schnell geantwortet. Nach Zusendung der Fotos und unserer Abreise seitdem kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Wir hoffen über booking das Geld zurückbekommen. Des Weiteren verlangt der Vermieter eine Kaution, was ich bei Mietwohnungen noch nie erlebt habe.

Wir sind nach 2 Tagen ausgezogen.

Das Schlechteste, das ich jemals bei Booking.com gebucht habe. Die ganze Wohnung war schmutzig und ungepflegt. Das Geschirr war offensichtlich nicht gewaschen. Die Ausstattung der Küche rudimentär. Die Alarmanlage sprang grundlos an. Das Wasser im Badezimmer floss nicht ab.

Würde ich für einen Aufenthalt gerne wieder buchen!

Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und die Aufteilung super für Familien. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war top, nur wenige Minuten vom Center und in der Nähe einer Straße mit gratis Parkmöglichkeit.

Die Beschreibung des Wegs zur Unterkunft war nicht ausreichend. Wir haben schon ein wenig suchen müssen. Leider hat das Wohnzimmer stark nach Zigaretten Rauch gestunken.
