Great spacious apartment close to nature

Close to nature and a great view of the garden with lots of birds and we even saw a squirrel. Clean apartment and helpful staff!

The bedrooms are in the basement, which can feel cold and are too large and echoey in my opinion. Neighbours can also be heard through the walls and ceiling when speaking loudly or moving furniture.

Valt vies tegen 8a-huis

Koffie apparaat

Moest via allerlei omwegen €5,33 toeristenbelasting betalen via credit card en foto maken van mijn paspoort en naar ze toe zenden. Ook printscreen sturen van de betaling.. Dat ging mij te ver. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Krijg zelf geen facturen, dus probleem op het werk met declareren. Weet niet eens wie die mensen zijn. Als ik niet zou sturen, zou ik geen toegang krijgen tot het huis. Tevens: alles kraakt in dit huis, van bank tot koelkast tot tafel tot salontafel. Bed volledig ingezakt, slaapt in een kelder.. alles onder het stof, zowel boven als in de kelder.. Heb foto's gemaakt. Nare vibe. Liefdeloos huisje . Heb geen oog dichtgedaan en ben blij dat ik zo weg kan. Echt naar.

Chouette logement avec points à améliorer ♥

Bon emplacement, parking privé, accès libre avec digicode et jolie décoration.

Ce n'était pas propre partout (toiles d'arraignées, poussière sous le tapis du salon, traces de doigts sur le vitre et taches sur les murs), manque de vaisselle, pas de porte à une des chambres et pas de draps de lit pour la canapé lit :(

Top voor vriendinnengroep

Wij zaten er met 6 personen, past prima. Alles was aanwezig in het huisje. Bedden lagen heerlijk, douche was prettig en in de keuken werkte ook alles.

De slaapbank is misschien aan vervanging toe want deze zakte erg diep in en een deur in de linker slaapkamer is handig. Vanuit die kamer is nu alles te horen.

Proces met apart toeristenbelasting betalen en borg betalen van €200 via creditcard wat niet werkte dus moest ik het handmatig overmaken.

Teleurgesteld

De bedden beneden sliepen heerlijk. De tuin met lekker veel zon

De schoonmaak was echt niet goed gedaan. Er lag overal stof en de vloer in de keuken plakte enorm. In de diepvries lagen nog etensresten. De douche had schimmel en wc borstel ontbrak. Buiten stond nog een wegwerpbbq met een doos rotzooi er op. De slaapbank was krom en superdun matras Ik had contact gehad met de verhuurder en de schoonmaak zou de volgende dag komen poetsen . Helaas niemand gezien.

Reikėtų kondicionieriaus svetainės zonoje. Kai lauke +34 norisi vėsos patalpoje. Tiesa miegamuosiuose, kurie buvo rūsyje, buvo tikrai pakankamai vėsu. Viename iš miegamųjų šiek tiek jautėsi rūsio kvapas.

Prima voor 1 nachtje maar langen op dat slaapbank is niet te doen plus daar stink naar rook!

Wij zochten naar een verblijf voor gezin met 4 kids . Dat was betreft prijs oke maar wij moeten ook nog borg van 200 euro betalen wat in hotel bijvoorbeeld niet van toepassing is.. Groot genoeg en heeft alle benodigdheden.

Ze zeggen 6 x slaapplekken waarvan 2 plekken op de slaapbank. In feite is het normaal maar het is onmogelijk met 2 personen er op te liggen want het zak gewoon naar beneden en licht zo oncomfortabel. Voor 1 nacht is het nog te doen maar als jij daar langer blijft is geen optie! En wat ook raar is in de plaats van 2 apparte dekens 1 grote deken. Stel dat jij met een collega reis of een kennis moet jij dan 1 deken delen.. dat is toch gek ?? Nog een hele vervelende. Er staat in de voorwaarden dat het roken is niet toegestaan.. toch stink daar enorm naar rook.. er is echt een hele grote schoonmaak buurt nodig voor dat appartementje!

centro di Eindoven raggiungibile a piedi bel giardino self check in proprietari super disponibili (mancavano delle lenzuola, li abbiamo contattati e ce le hanno fatte avere poco dopo) abbiamo aggiunto una persona alla prenotazione originale senza problemi

mancavano le lenzuola del divano letto, ma come scritto sopra i proprietari hanno risolto subito il problema

Rustig maar helemaal niet proper!

De rust en groene omgeving waarin het huisje zich bevindt.

De netheid van de voorziening was alles behalve in orde. Natte en vuile vaat in de kasten, gebruikte koffiepads in de koffiemachine, vuile oven (en ramen, kussenslopen), uitgelopen voedingsstoffen in diepvriezer, gebruikt water in de waterkoker, degoutant vuile wc borstel,... Voor we ooit konden starten met koken, mochten we eerst alles opnieuw afwassen voor het te gebruiken. In de omschrijving staat 'toiletartikelen'. De handzeep was zo goed als op, de zeep/shampoo in de douche was duidelijk aangelengd met water. Het huisje werd aldus het welkomboekje gepoetst door een professionele firma, hier heb ik sterk mijn bedenkingen bij.

Мястото е спокойно и много тихо. Наблизо има транспорт към центъра. Много чисто и топло. Имах оставено кафе и чай . Кухнята беше оборудвана добре с всичко необходимо.

Все още не съм получила връщане на депозита, въпреки, че оставихме мястото както го намерихме.
