The apartment was very nice, spacial, warm, nice kitchen with dish washer. Spacial bathroom. Comfortable living room. All over nice stylishly furnished. Parking in the courtyard was great and very convenient.

Lacking instruction on garbage handling - finding out what’s the deal with the garbage was very difficult, time consuming and annoying. a note with clear instruction by the bin would be an easy and very much appreciated solution! Lacking basic things such as a cloth to wipe a table after eating, or a broom to sweep floor after few days of being around… zero hangers for clothes. The bed mattrace is very soft and out of shape and the pillow very tall - sleeping was not comfortable. The robot communication sucks.

With a small compromise of walking for transport (Uber), this is a great place for a short stay.

We could not find the keys at the set location and unfortunately our arrival in the middle of the night was not the best time for the manager handling the property to be able to do much about it - yet she offered to drive a long distance from another town to give us the keys. However, our proposal to save her that trip and get into a hotel for the night - if we would be reimbursed the amount - was accepted. Although finding a hotel for the night at 1 am in the morning was not easy - we did find one fortunately. The Company handling the property has been very forthcoming to reimburse the hotel and taxi expenses (we are yet to receive those though) and their support system for everything else was fantastic.

Having to drag our bags (coming and going) for about 100 meters, as the cars don't go all the way to the front of the building door.

Estuvo bien, solo que si son varios dias no esta muy equipado para mayor comodidad.

Alquile el departamento por la cercania de la feria que iba a trabajar. No habia trasporte en la zona asi que alquilamos bicicletas, el barrio esta alejado del centro es mas residencial familiar.

Las almohadas urgente un cambio, poner frazadas, la ducha se mojaba todo, no había microonda ni pava eléctrica. faltaron mesitas de luz y el tema de la basura es bastante incomodo. Es una zona muy alejada del centro con lo cual siempre dependes de la bicicleta o taxi.

Gute Lage mit ein paar Abstrichen

Die Nähe zum Stadtkern war gut. Supermärkte, ein Wochenmarkt und auch einige Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Check-in ist recht aufwändig und nicht ganz so durchsichtig gestaltet. Es ließ sich nur mit Hilfe herauszufinden, welches Apartment das gebuchte war. Das ist etwas zu versteckt in den vielen Anweisungen und sollte besser/ deutlicher angegeben werden oder zumindest auf dem Schlüssel für die Unterkunft angegeben sein. Die Ausstattung war sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Leider hatte ich keinen Duschvorhang in meiner Dusche, so musste ich mir mit Handtüchern auf dem Boden aushelfen um nicht das Bad zu überfluten.

Tolles P/L-Verhältnis in riesiger Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz im Hof war super erreichbar und ein großer Bonus, nicht auf der Straße parken zu müssen. Durch zwei Badezimmer ist die Wohnung sehr gut nutzbar.

Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat der Code nicht funktioniert, aber die Notfall-Hotline hat schnell und sehr freundlich geholfen. Die Müllentsorgung war sehr schwer zu finden; da könnte die Erklärung etwas besser sein. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ausschließlich arabische Restaurants. Eher "traditionellere" Restaurants sind deutlich weiter im Zentrum, ca. 20 Minuten strammer Fußweg.

El departamento lindo, con mucha luz, todo funcionando muy bien. Las camas cómodas, aunque las almohadas muy altas y duras, si pudieran poner 2 tipos de almohadas sería maravilloso.

La ubicación no me encantó. Lo que me molestó fue que me pidieron mi correo electrónico personal para darme las instrucciones del check in, no hay otra manera, no te mandan instrucciones a través de booking, y además solicitaron que bajara una aplicación para mandar toda la información sobre cómo funcionaba el departamento y para poder tener comunicación con la inmobiliaria. Mande varios mensajes a booking sobre esta situación y nunca contestaron.

Decepcionante.

Disponer de parquin a lado del apartamento.

No nos gustó el apartamento en general. Que el apartamento estuviera a ras de la calle nos izo sentir mal, los niños jugando al lado mismo, las personas apoyadas o sentadas al lado, las ventanas daban directamente al nivel de la calle. El barrio no es el mejor precisamente de Einthoven, todo lo contrario. El apartamento está dotado de una equipación mínima, para dos personas demasiado justa. La cocina disponía de muy pocos utensilios, sin microondas, poca cantidad de vasos, platos, sartenes, ollas... Muy mal la limpieza, estaba relativamente poco limpio. Tuvimos que pasar el aspirador el primer día, ( que por cierto, no funcionaba bien, tuve que realizar una reparación del tubo para poder utilizarlo) . Un día vinieron a limpiarlo y fue muy superficial, la persona no estuvo más de 10 minutos, solo pasó un poco el aspirador, no izo ni lavabo ni cocina, fatal.
