Comfort and a reasonable price in a fantastic location.

The size of the space was great. The location was magnificent. Heating was good. Great to be able to open windows, wash clothes and cook our own meals.

We could have done with a clean earlier in our stay. we were there for 12 days and the clean happened on day 8. The shower screen and shower head were a real challenge. It was tricky managing luggage on those stairs, we were on the top floor. No instructions provided re use of a complicated and antique microwave. we had to purchase (and left behind) a skillet and reasonably sized coffee cups. Some larger drinking glasses would have been helpful, too. We were not advised through our main means of communication with the hosts (Whats' App) when there was a change in door code. We stumbled across the new code on Booking.com after sitting in the cold waiting for a response to our whats app messages to the hosts.

Great apartment centrally located - comfortable and clean stay. The booking info should note that a credit card is required for check in and that the dishes should be cleaned before checkout as this was not clear from the start. Nonetheless we recommend the place to anyone looking for clean, private accommodation in the center of Eindhoven

Great location. Perfect for exploring Eindhoven and the surrounding areas. Close to where our daughter was living and easy to access on foot. Apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed.

It was more spacious than I imagined and it was nice to find some dishwasher tablets, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil already there to be used. Kitchen had everything you needed and the TV had so many channels. Very neat and clean. Entrance was with a keypad code so didn’t have to worry about keys which was great.

If you visit when the weather is warm and you sleep with the windows open, the noise from the street can be disturbing (especially in the early hours of the morning). And the bedroom can get quite warm, suggest a pedestal fan or ventilator of some sort.

Central location. Big sitting room. Well-equipped kitchen.

Two steps behind bedroom door (really dangerous: immediately behind the door: completely forbidden in new buildings) -- I almost fell head first down into the room. Very steep long dark stairs with big cabinet half-blocking the landing. Electronic codes needed twice to get in (hate places which make you fiddle with emails or messages to find numbers and codes in the dark when coming back at night). Lighting in sitting room not very good: big lamp over table does not give good light and hard to find switch.

The location was amazing! Parking was convenient. Communication was good and we had everything we needed.

Feel like a Dutch flat

The appartment is fresh, spasious and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed two nights and it was quiet and pleasant. The location is just perfect, right in front of the main chirch. In the evening it is nice to open the window and feel the city spirit. The manager is very helpfull. I've left my sleeping dress there and they helped me to have it back shortly! Best value for money!

It's a very Dutch flat in terms of access by steep stears only :) We had a double buggy so we had to fold it and lift it up every time.

After different travel, hotel and airbnb experiences, this accomodation is a one that truly deserves a written review. First aspect being the equipment of the airbnb, it had everything that you would hope for, and more. The price was more than fair, especially when compared to other options in Eindhoven. Location is also an amazing advantage, the airbnb is in the center of Eindhoven, with train and bus station 10 minutes away bo foot. The hosts are very helpful, communicative and it really shows that they care about the person staying in.

The space was really nice all the furniture new and modern style exactly like the pictures, the entry code it's a really cool thing to get to the apartment especially as we were 3 friends and one key wouldn't be enough for us. We didn't stay much in the flat as we walked all day but we slept very good

I think in the bedroom you can't change the room temperature at least we didn't figure out how to do it , it has an air-conditioning in the living room but it didn't get to much to our room.

The apartment is located in downtown, at the heart of the city. Right next to the cathedral. Easy to find, close to everywhere. The rooms were super tidy, clean, fully furnished. If I have to go to Eindhoven again, I'll look for this one first!

You have to focus on the keypad when you are getting into the apartment, so that the buttons are pressed with the necessary force otherwise you'll have to start over. But that's just a nuance and doesn't deduct from the overall value.

Superb stay

The apartment is spotless clean, modern and in exceptional condition. Also is very spacious and very well equipped. It has all you need to have a very comfortable stay. The host is very nice and willing to help. We have had a very pleasant stay and we warmly recommend it to future guests. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve dingen. Het appartement is zeer ruim, compleet qua benodigdheden en ligt midden in het centrum. Het bed is groot en van goede kwaliteit. De airco werkt prima.

De buitendeur was moeiteloos te openen met de toegestuurde code, maar de deur van het appartement bleef gesloten. Uit telefonisch contact bleek dat de borg nog niet was betaald. Dat klopte, want deze zou automatisch van de creditcard worden gehaald (zo stond het in de mail), maar ook al zouden we dat verkeerd begrepen hebben, er is nooit een mail gestuurd met een betaallink. Er kòn dus simpelweg niet betaald worden. Via WhatsApp kregen we een betaalmogelijkheid en daarna gelijk de code. Binnengekomen zagen we gelijk dat er niet was schoongemaakt (terwijl in het welkomsboek staat dat zij schoonmaken hoog in het vaandel hebben staan). De baardharen /andere haren lagen in de wasbak op de badkamer, de wc was niet schoon en de prullenbak niet leeggemaakt. De stof lag op de zwarte meubels, een stuk dik glas op de vloer (naast de rest van het vuil). En als klapper : teennagels langs het bed! Van alles foto's via WhatsApp gestuurd en later moesten we het appartement uit, omdat er een schoonmaakster kwam. Hoewel we eten hadden gehaald om zelf te maken zijn we toch maar uit eten gegaan om de tijd te doden. Teruggekomen zagen we gelijk dat er echt niet was gestofzuigd, maar dat er n.a.v. de door ons gemaakte foto's even was "opgeruimd". Een vleugje schoonmaakmiddel voor de geur en dat was de oplossing van de verhuurder. De tv is Duits en er ligt geen handleiding. Het is zoeken en zoeken en dan maar via Videoland live tv kijken, maar dit was de zoveelste ergernis. Toen we in bed stapten werden we getrakteerd op lange haren op de lakens. Dit kan écht niet.... Helaas hebben we - nadat we de haren in het bed hebben aangegeven - op onze 2 verzoeken om contact geen reactie meer gehad. Het spijt me zo'n recensie te moeten schrijven, maar dit is onze ervaring. Hopelijk hebben wij gewoon pech gehad, is uw verblijf een stuk minder stressvol en is de kwaliteit van schoonmaak opgeschroefd.

Mi è piaciuto lo spazio all’interno della casa e la luminosità, la posizione in centro e la comodità di arrivare in stanza con solo due rampe di scale, generalmente pulito quegli standard olandesi.

Essendo in una zona centrale è molto vivace, piena di locali molto rumorosa durante la notte, erano presente svariati capelli nelle coperte al nostro arrivo.
