A wonderful weekend in the heart of Eindhoven!

The lighting in the living room is a bit dimmer. The pillows need replacing. Security deposit € 200

Nice modern apartment in city center

Great location, in city center. Nice, stylish, modern and cozy.

One downside of this apartment was that toilet is on different floor from bedroom, so going to toilet at night via steep steps (which are a bit noisy) is a little bit inconvinient.

Clean and modern apartment right in the heart of Eindhoven

The apartment is right in the middle of downtown Eindhoven but still quiet and comfortable for sleeping. It was clean and well organised, perfect for a group of four. Getting in and out was pretty convenient with the door codes. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed, including coffee and tea. The small outdoor area was very nice to relax after a long day around the city.

Some hangers for towels in the bathroom and toilet would be much appreciated

Jól felszerelt szállás, könnyen elérhető helyen a központban.

Nagyon jó helyen van a központban, könnyen megközelíthető, sok étterem, bolt van a környékén. Jól felszerelt a konyha és mosogatókapszulából is eleget kaptunk.

A kanapéágy sajnos elég gödrös volt, a franciaágy matraca túl puha. A fürdőbe jó lett volna egy fürdőszobaszőnyeg, a kis mosdóba pedig egy kéztörlő. A szaunával kapcsolatosan semmilyen infó nem volt megosztva.

Perfetto ma..

Bellissima casa, abbastanza spaziosa con ottima posizione e molto tranquilla. Posizione della casa perfetta, si trova nel centro e vicino a tutti i negozi e strade principali. Veramente confortevole e con tutte le necessità: tostapane, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, asciugatrice e lavatrice, ricambi per asciugamani e coperte etc... Ottimo soggiorno anche per chi deve pernottare per una settimana o più, presenti tutti i confort, dotato anche di attrezzi per la pulizia come: aspirapolvere, sapone piatti, sapone per lavastoviglie etc.. Zona esterna molto tranquilla

L'appartamento è gestito da una compagnia e mancano molte accortezze rispetto a normale affittuario: sono presenti thè e caffè, ma assoluta mancanza di acqua che per chi arriva dopo un lungo viaggio farebbe piacere. La pulizia va rivista perché per quanto sia un bellissimo soggiorno appena arrivati in appartamento non vorrei lavare i piatti di chi ha soggiornato prima di me: bollitore d'acqua in condizioni pessime che a parer mio andrebbe solo buttato, un tostapane cosi tanto pieno di briciole da sembrare appena usato, bicchieri e posate non perfettamente lavati. Zona esterna per quanto tranquilla ha poca privacy non viene specificato che l'altro appartamento ( 51C ) affaccia sopra con conseguente probabilità che le persone vi guardino dall'alto come ci è successo. Il bagno di sopra è veramente piccolo e utile solo per i bisogni, tutto il resto bisogna prepararsi al bagno di giù che non dispone però del gabinetto e all'interno della doccia non è possibile appoggiare bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Consiglio a chiunque legga questa recensione di soggiornare qui e di non vederle come delle critiche pesanti, ma anzi proprio perché l'appartamento è piaciuto molto e anche confortevole che vorremmo avvisare il proprietario i prossimi clienti di tener conto di queste piccoli dettagli. L'appartamento e il resto sono ottimi e per questo risolvere questi piccoli problemi avrebbe reso il soggiorno tutto perfetto, ma ne siamo rimasti comunque molto soddisfatti.

Estadia aprovadíssima. Tanto o flat, quanto a localização e tbm a comunicação com o proprietário.

Ótima localização. Perto de cafés, restaurantes e principalmente da Estação Central. É possível conhecer quase todos os pontos turísticos da cidade, à pé. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e moderno. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza.

Possui escadas íngremes tanto na entrada do Flat, como dentro do Flat. Então, se você possui alguma dificuldade de locomoção, enfrentará problemas.

Szuper szállás, nagyon jó felszereltséggel, jó elhelyezkedéssel

Minden kérdésünkre gyors választ kaptunk a szállásadótól. A lakás nagyon szép, a helyi “váci utcában” van, az infraszaunát is használtuk, a kertben jó ücsörögni, minden nagyon szuper volt.

Prettig verblijf in hartje Eindhoven, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Locatie, voorzieningen en isolatie. Compact appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Midden in de stad maar door de goede isolatie hoor je hier niets van.

Toilet beneden op de slaapkamer was handig geweest. Nu moet je de trap op. Geen probleem als je goed te been bent gelukkig. Verder weinig opmerkingen!
