The double bed wasn't comfortable. Noisy steps in celing ... upper apartment. Heating in sitting-room wasn't working properly.

the apartment is brand new and with all the comforts, is right in the center and you can easily walk around the city, the station is only 10 minutes walk. I loved the fact that both the gate and the door work with codes instead of keys so that you can't risk losing the key.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything that happens outside but is always like this in Holland and thankfully there wasn't much going on outside

tis a wonderful, as presented, all the amenities are there, host v responsive

its a really brilliant location less than a couple minutes walk from the central bars etc with a lovely museum nearby and a beautiful canal to walk alongside.

they have AC in both bedrooms but no matter what was tried niether seemed to want to work, not even the fan function, they turned on but wouldnt do anything, the wifi is fast but the connection can randomly disconnect. if i were there longer it would have been annoying but also both problems are likely fixable. i only stayed a day.

Materac na jednym łóżku trochę już zużyty.

Het was erg leuk 😊

Es war alles sauber, beide Schlafzimmer schön ausgestattet und auch in der Küche alles was man braucht. Einchecken hat super funktioniert, vielleicht wäre noch ein kleiner Hinweis gut, welches Gerät zur PIN Eingabe, zu welchem Apartment gehört. Schön wäre noch, wenn man das Fenster im kleinen Zimmer kippen könnte. Wir waren auf Geschwisterausflug in Eindhoven und alle Wege in die Stadt sehr nah. Gerne wieder 😊

Het appartement was erg schoon en volledig uitgerust. Geriefelijke omgeving.

Het plafond was niet erg geïsoleerd wat geluid betreft, zodat ik 's avonds geregeld mensen hoorde lopen of praten.

La prima notte che abbiamo fatto check-in in questa struttura abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non pulito (lenzuola usate, salviette per terra in bagno), quando abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza per risolvere il problema, non ci hanno offerto un' alternativa. Nel momento infatti in cui abbiamo riportato il problema, la persona del loro servizio clienti non aveva la volontà di fornirci un' alternativa. Siamo stati costretti a obbligare loro a pagarci una camera d'albergo perché non ci volevano dare un posto in cui dormire. L'iniziativa di cambiare camera è partita da me stessa, che dopo un'ora al telefono a mezzanotte con la loro assistenza clienti li ha obbligati a darci una camera di hotel (tra l'altro palesemente di categoria inferiore) e a pagarcela subito. Abbiamo aspettato un'altra mezz'ora per fare il check-in nell'altro hotel perché, nonostante lo staff dell'altro hotel avesse proposto loro di effettuare un pagamento online (rapido che ci avrebbe permesso di salire subito in camera) hanno voluto venire di persona in hotel pagando in contanti la camera, facendoci così aspettare un'altra mezz'ora (ormai erano le due di notte). Capiamo che ci possa essere un errore nella pulizia delle camere, ma non esiste che l'assistenza della struttura non sia stata in grado di trovare una soluzione. In aggiunta, il giorno dopo ci hanno anche promesso un rimborso che non ci è mai stato dato (vedi foto).
