Overpriced for what you get/minimum service

Central location

We were 3 adult women and they prepared only the double beds. There were no bed sheets for the couch, the “decorative” blankets covering the beds were stained. On the French version of the website I was asked to pay 3,5€ of tourist tax/person and no deposit was mentioned. Then I had to pay more for the tourist tax to finalize the reservation. No service at all… Next time I’ll book a hotel…!

The size and amenities were perfect for our group. We felt comfortable and safe. In house temperatures were perfect.

We had asked in advance, and it appeared in the app to be approved, for an early check in. However, when we arrived the hostess would not honor that early check in. We had to walk around the city towing several pieces of luggage. All the while, one member of our party was quite ill so trekking around the city this way was that much more difficult.

Prachtig appartement op toplocatie maar bizarre stank

De inrichting was super handig en slim. Alles aanwezig. Best compacte ruimte, maar heel slim ingericht. Echt top!

DE STANK!!! Geen idee wat er aan de hand was: mijn dochter dacht dat er wiet gerookt was. Ikzelf had het idee dat iemand net een emmer uien had geschild. NIET TE HARDEN!! We kwam na middernacht aan, dus konden ook niet meer iemand bellen. En moesten vroeg weg voor een afspraak. Bijna heel flesje parfum leeggespoten. Ging niet weg :-(

No existe el trato personal, todo está estandarizado y tiene un precio… tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos en la puerta para poder hacer el checkin ya que poder entrar antes revisa un coste que para 20 minutos no era lógico…

Apto muito bem equipado e confortável. Ótima ocalização, perto de centro e de área verde para caminhada, em uma rua tranquila. 2a vez que uso este administrador em Eindhoven e sempre dá tudo certo, são muito atenciosos!

Nada de negativo, somente dois pontos que poderia ficar melhor: a limpeza do apto poderia ser mais "caprichada" e poderia ter canal aberto de tv...
