Prestige 70m2 Two-Bedroom Apartment - VW142A

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. It was a 30 minutes walk to the city centre and the Jumbo supermarket was only 5 minutes away.

There are no mirrors in the bedrooms! lol

The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the city center, in a quiet and peaceful area. It had everything described in the listing and was well-equipped for four people. I would definitely stay here again. The property management company was also very helpful and allowed us to use a washing machine in a nearby property that they manage. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, our experience with the property management company was disappointing. Airport transfer for up to five people with luggage was included in the booking. According to the instructions, the driver was supposed to wait for us for up to 45 minutes after our flight landed, holding a sign with my name. None of this happened. The driver did not arrive on time, and we were later informed that the original driver had been replaced. When he finally arrived, he complained that we were late, even though we had followed the instructions. After a long and unnecessary argument, he eventually took us to the apartment. I would rate the management company’s service 0/10. I had also paid an additional €25 for early check-in between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The payment was authorized, and I was told everything was confirmed. However, the access code only became active at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM. We even called at 3:50 PM, but they still did not activate the code. They later refunded the €25, but the inconvenience remained. Communication with the management company was slow and inefficient throughout our stay. In addition, the bed sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty, and the washing machine in the apartment was not working. Fortunately, the management company allowed us to use the washing machine in a neighboring property they manage, but this should not have been necessary

Struttura grande e luminosa. Cucina con tutto il necessario. Host molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Due rampe di scale molto ripide per raggiungere l’appartamento, non facili da fare con dei bimbi piccoli.

Przyjemna okolica, blisko supermarket Jumbo, sklep z grami i kartami oraz polski sklep

Niestety w mieszkaniu było nie wszystko było posprzątane tak jak należy i było bardzo duszno (mieszkanie znajduje się na poddaszu). Powinna być zamontowana klimatyzacja.
