Great property in the middle of the town

Location, location, location - the place is literally in the middle of downtown. The host is great and accommodated our request to arrive a bit earlier than the check in time (4pm). All the arrangements to check in and check out were done smoothly. The property is very clean, inviting and with a comfy bed. Recommended.

The terrace was one of the main reason for us to book this lovely property. While the terrace is large and inviting, there is a large AC external unit which blows right into the outdoor table (and to the entrance into the room) making it challenging to rest if the air con is on.

A little bit noisy in the living room (where the expandable sofa is)- especially during the night (on the street party people).The code you receive worka only after 4PM (the first hour for check-in).

Owners should better communicate, but the apartment was spotless and confy.

The property is in the shopping quarter, lively neighborhood. Quite close to Central Railway station and main sights are within 10 minutes walk ( Stadium, DAF Museum) If you love to be in the middle of happenings, love being up late, partying, this is your place.

There was a lack of communitcation about the requested early check in, I did not get the reply from the host for message sent the previous day ( Watsup and e-mail as well) if it was granted or not. We dragged our suitecase all the way to the apartment then after calling the host informed us, we were not granted the earlier check in and we must return to the train station and deposit our luggage there. Also we never got the Watsup message when the apartment was ready) Other guests who were checking in to the other apartment to the same owner faced with the same issue 2 days later asking us about check in and the timing. Extremely poor communication. The A/C was poorly cooling. If you are a light sleeper do not pick this location, due to the noise coming from the street.

Fire alarm rang in the middle of the night for no reason. By car the appartement is not easily accessible. We had a lot a stuffs to handle with our kid it was very complicated I had to go back to my car 2 times to take all my stuff

A complete reliable host who guided us in detail and our stay was excellent! I definitely recommend this property for a family with kids or just couple and we didnt needed anything else as it was well equipped. Thanks Eric for checking if we needed anything else and supporting us even after we left for our taxi and others. Property was well ventilated with well working air conditioner and clean kitchen.

Grootte van de kamer, alle faciliteiten, locatie van de kamer, het was niet zo ver van centraal station, lekker centraal, in de stad zelfs kan je zeggen. Maar binnen was het zo rustig, raamuitzicht kan ik de kerk zien, was een mooie uitzicht.

Davvero unica cosa positiva la posizione

Appartamento con riscaldamento a pavimento non funzionante. Siamo stati 5 giorni al freddo e il proprietario, dopo aver indicato che dovevo avere pazienza e che nel weekend nessuno era disponibile per risolvere il problema, alle 22.30 della sera prima del check out ha fatto portare dalla signora delle pulizie un piccolo calorifero portatile ormai inutile.Inoltre il Wi-Fi non ha funzionato per 2 giorni, ho dovuto parlare con un tecnico al telefono che mi chiedeva informazioni che non potevo dargli e alla fine sono entrati nell'appartamento per sistemarlo (nessuno ha sistemato il riscaldamento però nonostante le mie ripetute richieste).Già all'arrivo ho dovuto sollecitare la mail per effettuare il self check-in perché non mi era stata inviata. Appartamento poco pulito con capelli di altre persone sulle coperte e macchie sulle trapunte che non abbiamo potuto usare per scaldarci almeno un po'.Pessima esperienza
