Impossible to sleep., poor quality but high rates AVOID

Nothing

Sleeping was impossible. The apartment is right above a cafe with club-level music until 330 AM. The noise was so extreme that the bed was vibrating and moving with the music. The property is also poorly maintained (broken toilet seat, shower constantly dripping, cheap depressing and worn furniture). But they ask high rates for it. Drunk people were shouting in the building, and other drunk guests even tried to enter our apartment by mistake, which felt extremely unsafe (the door is weak and thin). We were forced to leave and book another hotel. This situation was not clearly disclosed. Absolutely not suitable for rest. Avoid.

Great location except for the nightclub

It was super easy to get around Eindhoven from this location. There were bus stops nearby and the area was very walkable, with lots of food options. The gelato place across the street was great.

This apartment is directly above a nightclub. Music was blasting through the building until 2am, making it difficult to sleep. Also, the nightclub sets up outdoor seating in the evening, so the street-level door into the building was frequently blocked by patrons. The staircase up to the apartment was extremely difficult to navigate for us Americans - the stairs were steeper and narrower than we're used to, and the handrails didn't extend the full length of the stairwells. The shower didn't keep water in very well and the bathroom had poor ventilation, so the bathmat was soaked after the first shower and stayed that way the entire stay. There is a communal washing machine, but we couldn't find a drying rack in the apartment.

Great location and comfortable bed

No AirCon, was a big problem in a week where temperature was 27, 28. The stairs were a big challenge with 2 bags. Not everyone could manage those stairs.

Terrible Experience – Misleading and Uncomfortable This place has absolutely nothing to do with the pictures shown online. The room was tiny, freezing cold, and clearly just a part of a regular house where all the other rooms were rented out as well. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There was no privacy – you couldn’t even lock the door to your room. It was incredibly noisy, and I could hear everything happening in the other rooms. To make matters worse, the entrance to the accommodation goes straight through a bar. Every time I wanted to go out or come back in, I had to squeeze past people and even ask someone to stand up so I could pass through. It was awkward and frustrating. There was no WiFi, and the TV didn’t have any signal either. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or even remotely decent stay.

No wifi even with a booster in the room, had to call multiple times to insist that heater and hot water not turned on, loud bar below, broken shower, smells like cigarette, no body soap, misleading pictures - to avoid!!

The Boiler Was Broken, we had no heating in January, It was extremely cold. I reported the fault and no action was taken I'm expecting a refund.

Mieszkanie bardzo zimne , trzeba spać w bluzie. W lazience caly czas kapała woda i zalewała łazienkę. Problem z ciepłą wodą w lazience. Lokal znajduje się nad knajpą więc do 3 w nocy nie ma możliwości spania bo hałas jest straszny.

A localização é perfeita para visitar a cidade!

Pequenas coisas podem fazer toda a diferença! O chuveiro precisa de ser arranjado pois esteve o tempo todo com uma pequena fuga. O chuveiro deixa sair água para fora, molhando o chão. De resto, para uma estadia de poucos dias está bom!
