I could access the room and building with ease, There was a fridge and cooker, and a comfy bed. The shower worked without any issues.

The automatic light in the bathroom did not turn off. I didn't get access to the manual for the place so I didn't understand the bins and microwave cooker well.

The facilities/accommodation are in a great location for all aspects of the city centre, there is a carpark just round the corner with very moderate prices considering the location, there is a multi storey 5mins away too. it is a very compact unit with private bathroom/shower and cooking facilities (albeit, to be fair, unless your a student you would tend to eat out...fire alarm was activated due to a young lad frying sausages...lol). There is a Greggs directly below and a Tesco Metro across the street so all good. Staff on arrival were very pleasant, helpful and informant. All required information hints and things to do etc, are given on a WhatsApp group or text, which is good Most central things are within walking distance (unless you have mobile issues), but public transport and taxis are very good

There was a damaged worktop on entry...(photo taken), but it's student accommodation after all..haha, main issue for us was at the end of the stay when we stripped the bed, the bottom cover had what looked like old blood stains at the bottom and on the underneath of the blanket which would possibly suggest it may have not been changed, although the general cleanliness of the place would suggest differently, and it was just not noticed? ...this would not prevent us re-booking again if required, but would check more thoroughly.

Excellent central location, secure apartment/room, 24 hour security with reception desk during the day. We felt perfectly safe walking home at night. Really helpful staff, including the cleaning team we met. Clean rooms, bedlinen and towels. Reasonably well quipped kitchenette. Large shower cubicle and powerful shower.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights - but the bed is against a wall so if you are a couple one of you has to climb over to get in and out! Extra pillows would have been good. It's not a room you would hang out in, more of a base to explore from - nowhere comfy to sit apart from the bed - no TV. The room has huge windows over looking the city an not net curtains - so this means that you have to get dressed with the blind pulled down and lights on or you would be viewed by everyone across the street or looking up.

The property was so clean and the management is very responsive

The temperature control always have issues. Half of our stay, the room was so warm so we have to bear the warm temperature 😞
