Great location to the old town of Cuneo at a reasonable price.
We loved the location of Le petit Maison, right in the old town with a little supermarket beneath the apartment. Nearby were small bars, restaurants, patisseries. The apartment provided some equipment for cooking meals. Our host was very quick to respond to us and very helpful. We actually stayed at the apartment for a second time a few weeks later due to its great location and our familiarity with it.
A great, compact and very reasonably priced apartment for 2 people.
We tried to use the washing machine but couldn’t get it working.
For ‘cooking in’ check the pots and pans before deciding what to cook.

assolutamente non rispondente alla descrizione. Casa molto sporca (ho trovato addirittura briciole sulle sedie) e non curata. Assenza di macchina del caffè, niente microonde né forno.

Le chauffage est parfait
L’annonce indique un four qui n’est pas présent ; après interrogation de la personne responsable ( qui nous indique ne pas savoir pourquoi l’annonce indique qu’il y a un four!!!!!) nous apprenons qu’il n’y a même pas un micro-ondes.
De plus il est indiqué un appartement de 50 m/ carrés alors qu’en fait il en fait tout au plus 35 .
La douche est très petite (70cms)
Appartement en zone ZTL donc difficulté pour décharger les affaires .
Cet appartement ne peut être utilisé que pour un court séjour à cause de sa taille et du manque d’équipements.
Les photos de l’annonce ne reflètent pas la réalité ( voir les miennes qui sont ce que vous verrez sur place .

Situation parfaite mais logement insalubre. Très déçu ....
Extrêmement bien situé, à deux pas de la grande rue piétonne du centre de Cunéo.
L’environnement est calme avec uniquement quelques passants et véhicules circulant sur les pavés.
L’appartement était dans un état de saleté alarmant, une propreté déplorable à tel point qu’on se demande si un nettoyage a été effectué avant notre arrivée :
- Une serpillière encore sur son balai traînait sur le balcon.
- Une forte odeur d’égouts régnait dans le logement, masquée maladroitement par des diffuseurs d’odeurs fleuries.
- La poussière omniprésente, notamment sur le dessus du réfrigérateur et les portes des meubles de cuisine immaculées des coulées alimentaires.
- Des détritus dans les placards et proches de la poubelle.
- De la vaisselle sale : verres, tasses, tablettes et tiroirs du réfrigérateur portaient tous des traces.
- La bouilloire hors service.
- Des moutons de poussière sous les pieds du canapé.
- De la moisissures noires visibles sur tous les bas des murs ainsi qu’autour du pied des toilettes.
Une salle de bain insalubre …
- Des serviettes dépareillées et rêches, très désagréables à l’usage en sortant de la douche.
- Un bac à douche noir de moisissures, extrêmement étroit, difficilement utilisable même pour une corpulence fine à normale.
- Aucune accroche pour le tuyau de douche et la porte ne ferme pas correctement, laissant l’eau s’échapper.
- Le radiateur poussiéreux, support de papier toilette sale.
- La prise du lave-linge arrachée du mur, dangereusement proche du lavabo et exposée à l’humidité. De plus, le lave-linge ne fonctionnait pas.
- Présence d’insectes. J’ai dû jeter plusieurs cafards avant de les prendre en photos ; néanmoins une punaise sur le tapis de la chambre d’où la photo.
- Les équipements défaillants
- Pas de connexion Wi-Fi.
- La télévision hors service.
La personne avec qui j’ai échangé par WhatsApp a été cordiale, mais cela ne compense en rien les nombreux problèmes rencontrés.

Mieszkanie wymaga remontu i odświeżenia, brak możliwości użycia czajnika -niedostosowane kontakty. Kabina prysznicowa bardzo mała trudno wejść do środka osobie szczupłej i wziąć prysznic.

Parfait !!
L'appartement est vraiment très beau, très propre et très fonctionnel! Il est très facile de discuter avec les propriétaires. Très bien situé en plein centre historique! Il y a plusieurs parkings autour de l'immeuble sinon il y en a un gratuit a 5 min à pieds, on peut décharger les affaires a quelques mètres de l'appartement qui se trouve dans une zone réglementée et se garer après. C'était parfait 🙂

La colazione non faceva parte del pacchetto mentre l'appartamento ben posizionato e pulito
La sera dell'arrivo la scarsa disponibilità della signora davanti alla difficoltà a raggiungere l'apopartamento causa la ZTL attiva. Dopo diverse telefonate alla signora ci siamo rivolte alla polizia municipale che ha dato indicazioni per poter avvicinarci visto che avevamo i bagagli per 7 giorni. Arrivate dentro abbiamo trovato 1 telo+1 asciugamano medio + 2 asciugamani da bidet. Ci siamo lamentate con la signora visto che eravamo 3 adulti e Lei ha risposto che quello che c'era era giusto 1 cortesia ma non ci spettava nulla. In ogni modo il lunedì ha portato gli asciugamani. Cosa + grave la TV (effettivamente nuova) ma senza cavetto di alimentazione (che non ha mai portato visto i nostri solleciti) e per i canali privati di cui asseriva fosse dotata, mancava il CODICE di accesso, che non ha mai dato.Quindi il televisore rappresenta 1 soprammobile.
