The apartment is beautiful and well located, just a few meters of the train station, buses and the main street. There was nothing missing in the apartment, it was so comfortable to stay! And the views! What to say, magical! The communication with the owner was perfect.

Exceptional

Riccardo was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with lovely views of the mountains from both sides. The large balcony was an added bonus. The main station was just a short walk away, as was the centre of Cuneo. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Beautiful apartment. The location is about a 5 minute walk from train station. Grocery store a block away. Bakery a half block. There is a lovely balcony if the weather is warm. The view of the mountains is lovely.

Although there is an elevator most of the way, there are steps up to the top floor. If you can’t do steps at all, this would be tough. We are in our 70’s and managed. It is worth it.

Tutto quel che serve per trascorrere un piacevole vacanza.

L'alloggio era curato nei particolari, il proprietario ha pensato di mettere a disposizione del turista quel che occorre nel quotidiano, non facendo mancare nulla. Il centro é raggiungibile a piedi. Nelle vicinanze troviamo un cinema, panifici, gastronomie e ristoranti. La stazione é a due passi. L'appartamento é molto bello e confortevole, ha un ampio terrazzo dove é possibile mangiare in tranquillità.

Una vera terrazza su Cuneo

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione e dotato di TUTTI ma proprio tutti i confort necessari ad una famiglia. Spazioso, luminoso, caldo, pulito e la sua posizione ti fa godere di una bella vista sulle montagne che circondano Cuneo. È situato a pochi passi da corso Nizza e con parcheggio gratuito a poche centinaia di metri. Proprietario super disponibile a dare indicazioni di qualsiasi genere e a venire incontro alle nostre necessità di check-in/out.

L'ascensore piccolino ti porta al 5 piano e poi c'è un'ultima piccola rampa di scale che se hai una valigia grossa e pesante come la nostra risulta un pochino difficoltosa da fare ma tanto la si fa una volta arrivati e quando si va via.

Soggiorno fantastico

Soggiorno perfetto e comodo in tutto. L'appartamento è super accessoriato di ogni tipo di necessità si ha nei brevi soggiorni (addirittura l'acqua in frigo ho trovato). Dotato di ogni gradazione di luci si abbia bisogno, materasso comodissimo, terrazza bella grande con tendone elettrico per ricoprirla in caso di pioggia, tutto elettrico e comodissimo. La zona è fornita di tutte le attività commerciali che servono. A due passi dalla stazione dei treni servita di taxi e bus per muoversi in tutte le direzioni da visitare. Tornerò sicuramente, di tutti i miei viaggetti, questo soggiorno è stato il migliore per me. Consigliatissimo

Soggiorno a Natale, Cuneo in terrazza

L'appartemento molto carino, curato al massimo ai dettagli, non mancava niente, molto pulito, luminoso, moderno, appena ristrutturato. c'erano delle viste spettacolari sulle montagne sia difronte che dal retro, atmosfera molto tranquilla, anche i vicini non si sentono per nulla, silenzio assoluto, fuori nella terrazza ci si può godere momenti di relax al sole anche in inverno con la vista alle montagne innevate, cosa altro posso dire, non spregate il tempo prenota adesso.

Una piacevole e rara sorpresa

Piacevolmente sorpreso della qualità della struttura e della sua posizione centrale. Curata nei più minimi particolari, la struttura ti accoglie come se si fosse a casa propria. Sistema luci e tapparelle elettriche all’avanguardia. Riscaldamento dell’appartamento ottimo (nostro permanenza mese di Dicembre). TV include molte applicazioni compreso Netflix. La cura dei particolari è sopra la media soprattutto in considerazione dell’ottimo prezzo rispetto all’offerta. Da non sottovalutare la terrazza con vista montagne (per chi non è abituato e’ una bella sorpresa). Posizione centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza principale del centro di Cuneo con l’opportunità di visitarla senza preoccuparsi di dove parcheggiare la macchina. A proposito di parcheggio ci sono diverse opzioni a pagamento ma senza difficoltà ho optato per quella del parcheggio pubblico gratuito.Si trova a circa 2/3 minuti dall’appartamento in un piazzale (davanti gli uffici dell’INPS) con un ricambio frequente che con un minimo di pazienza ti garantisce di trovare un parcheggio. Ulteriore aspetto positivo, la struttura accetta i nostri amici a 4 zampe (aspetto da non sottovalutare). Insomma l’appartamento è stata una bella e rara sorpresa.
