Ok but not more.

We like the location and price.

The mix of photos in listing and bad explanation to understand which photos belong to which of two apartment. And very bad kitchen facilities. One wineglass no cutting board. No or poor response from host.

Good location, but cleaning, maintenance and communication needs big improving.

We like the proximity to the center and the calm of the residence

Need a lot of maintenance and fixing and the cleaning is medium... Communication very bad except when we called to get the code once we was in front of the door. During our stay we try to contact him because of some lack of amenities. Same after our stay about things needed to be fix. We tried several attempts but no reply

Dishonest and inconvenient host

Host advised I would not be able to stay at the apartment for the first night as my flight handed landed too late. I was travelling with my 77 year old grandfather and had to book a hotel which caused alot of stress and inconvenience.

Really nice newly renovated clean apartment with everything you need and easy street parking

Check in was fairly easy but since we arrived in market day we drive around a bit to find parking , on the other days parking was usually available in the street nearby. The apartment is very clean and has everything one needs. Wonderful view of the snow capped mountains from the balcony . We really enjoyed our time in Cuneo

The host should pay attention to little items like “newer” cutting boards in the kitchen and maybe explaining where the washing machine us that is advertised. We didn’t need one but I also didn’t see one

Non un granché come esperienza.

La posizione, il bagno sembrava abbastanza pulito.

La casa era sporca, le lenzuola dei letti non erano state cambiate perché si vedevano i capelli di altre persone dentro. Il piano della cucina tutto incrostato e le padelle tutte sporche le ho dovute rilavare. I faretti della cucina non funzionavano abbiamo dovuto cucinare con la lucetta della cappa.

Sul comodino della camera c’erano residui di tè fuoriusciti dalla tazza di qualcuno che aveva alloggiato lì in precedenza. Il water sembrava si staccasse dal muro da un momento all’altro

O estabelecimento informou-me a cerca de 2 horas da chegada, que seria impossivel pernoitar. Não utilizei a hospedagem, mas no sistema aparece como se eu tivesse feito o check out, o que é falso! E não devolveram o dinheiro.

L emplacement, pas loin du centre

- propreté médiocre ( lit sale avec ancien vêtement d'ancien locataire dans le canapé lit !) - ventilateur cassé nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous as dit que quelqu'un viendrait le changer mais personne n est jamais venu et il ne nous a jamais rappelé, mes enfants ont eu chaud toute la nuit. - douche qui fuit sur les côtes, la salle de bain est trempé à chaque douche - robinet de la cuisine cassé - pas de bouilloire et vaisselle très sale - Le wifi ne fonctionne pas et ne se connecte pas à la TV nous avons dû utiliser notre partage internet. Cela ne vaut pas du tout le prix ( 216 euros pour 2 nuits) le minimum serait que les choses soient réparées et que cela soit propre! Je ne mets jamais de commentaire négatif mais là vraiment c'était inadmissible.

Posizione, modalità di accesso, vista panoramica, riscaldamento funzionante.

Bagno sporco, biancheria bagno scarsa per tre persone, nessun cestino. Divano letto scomodo, rumoroso, con biancheria ma chiuso e da completare, piumini sporchi chissà di quale materiale biologico. Cucina umida, cestino del pattume sotto il lavandino della cucina già utilizzato, nessuna bottiglietta di acqua a disposizione. TV solo nel salottino/ingresso, camera da letto sprovvista.

Esperienza da dimenticare

La posizione è vicina all'ospedale

La pulizia generale dell'appartamento è carente dai muri con ditate e caccole alla cappa della cucina che trasuda olio. Abbiamo alloggiato per 6 notti (lun-dom) e fino a giovedi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la doccia per un problema di ingorgo degli scarichi che, sebbene segnalato già martedì mattina non è stato risolto con sollecitudine. Aprendo l'acqua della cucina o del lavandino del bagno dalla doccia fuoriuscivano liquami e carta igienica che allagavano il bagno, segno di una scarsa manutenzione. Il proprietario ha perso parecchio tempo lasciandoci in una situazione di disagio nonché assolutamente antiigienica. La cucina, a differenza di quanto affermato, non ha tutto il necessario (manca persino uno scolapasta). Un giorno mentre eravamo intenti a cucinare il pranzo è saltata la corrente, usciti sul pianerottolo ci rendiamo conto che anche l'altro appartamento in affitto ha lo stesso problema, scopriamo scendendo in cantina che i due appartamenti hanno un solo contatore che aveva superato il massimo di erogazione e se si usano i fornelli contemporaneamente nei due appartamenti la corrente salta. Al contrario di quanto indicato non è presente una scrivania per lavorare e l'accessibilità per disabili non è garantita perché per arrivare all'ascensore è presente una rampa di scale. Ultimo, non ci è stato indicato dove buttare la spazzatura, che per 6 giorni e 3 persone è impensabile tenere in casa.

Sehr guter Stützpunkt für das Erkunden der Stadt.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete, helle und ruhige Wohnung im obersten (5. Stock) eines Wohngebäudes. Geräumiger Balkon.

Das von uns nur als Sitzgelegenheit benutzte Bettsofa war ästhetisch in einem renovationsbedürftigen Zustand. Eine der Pfannen war mit Eingebranntem stark verdreckt.

Mancano molti utensili nella cucina, non c'è il forno, non c'è il microonde, non c'è il bollitore, un solo strofinaccio, un solo cucchiaino, mancano accessori in bagno compreso l'aspirazione forzata. La luce in camera da letto non funzionava

Solo la luminosità. Ma solo una finestra ha le tende. Quindi anche quella lascia il tempo che trova.

Le foto dell'annuncio non sono quelle della casa. Il proprietario ha due case e ha immischiato le fotografie per far vedere solo il meglio di entrambe. Abbiamo preso questa casa per la doccia ampia ma non c'è. La lavatrice si paga a parte e non c'è scritto sull'annuncio (il proprietario sostiene di sì). Abbiamo pagato €15 e non c'è il detersivo. Muri sporchi di sangue di zanzare e pavimenti e mobili molto sporchi, compresi forno e microonde. La mia compagna allergica alla polvere voleva scappare. Pentole sporche e piatti e bicchieri bagnati lasciati dentro i cassetti. Aspirapolvere chiusa a chiave con lavatrice. Letto piccolo (non quello delle foto) e due termosifoni su quattro spenti. La doccia e il lavandino della cucina (mezzo rotto) perdono. La luce dello specchio in bagno non funziona e il divano è mezzo rotto. Il proprietario ha fatto finta di volerci portare del detersivo ma non l'ha fatto, gli abbiamo scritto alle 10:00 per sapere dove lasciare le chiavi alle 11:00 e ci ha risposto alle 12:00. Esperienza pessima per il costo. Sconsigliato.
