It never felt like home. Not a good experience at all

The location was good, and the house is decent in size. It has most things you need for your stay but not everything.

No1. I stayed 3 days at the house with no INTERNET which I needed for work even though I paid for it. The owner never told me before and only when I sat down to work and I asked him about it. He said internet doesn’t work in a way that I should be OK with it. Very weird. He said he is going to get it fixed or provide me some sort of hotspot. None of this happened. He didn’t call or text to ask if I’m alright or even say sorry that he couldn’t deliver his promise. No2. The house was old and the name “luxury”doesn’t suit the property at all. The bed wasn’t very comfy and the wooden floor on the bedroom: my God it felt like sinking everytime you walk on it and very noisy as well. My baby kept waking up every time I went to check up on him. No baby cot im the house even though I mentioned in the booking. No3. It was hot outside but inside the house was so cold because the house is big with high ceiling. NO AC and heaters were of. Asked the owner he said something about council doesn’t turn on the heaters until November. The minimum that the owner could do is to provide a pair of slippers because the floor was like walking bare foot on ice.

Flooring was lovely. TV was good quality. Books to have a look at.

Only espresso cups, no cups suitable for tea/hot chocolate, cappuccino etc. Only plastic tumblers, no "real" glasses for wine, juice etc. Hardly "luxury". Poorly equipped kitchen. Bare wires showing in wall (don't think they were live, hopefully, but unsightly). Toilet flushing mechanism outdated and cistern water trickled continuously after flush. Noisy neighbours - Sunday night was some kind of religious chanting, which went on well after 10.30 pm when I went to bed. Luckily I had earplugs! Bedroom door didn't close properly. Shower door didn't close properly. Spy hole in door stuck with paint. Soda bed in lounge was OK, but needed to move table and chairs before it could be opened out.

Doccia otturata, divano letto sfondato, blindato internamente rotto ( siamo rimasti chiusi dentro) mancanza set completo asciugamani, mancanza di aggiunta di coperte.

Il proprietario è un ragazzino incompetente, confuso e disorganizzato. Ha cambiato l'alloggio senza preavviso PER DUE VOLTE durante il soggiorno con una persona anziana costretta a spostamenti al freddo senza alcun riguardo. L'appartamento era sporco al momento della consegna e c'erano residui di cibo consumato da altri con odori sgradevoli in cucina e non solo. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo prima che venisse riordinato. Divano con buco da sigaretta. Bagno maleodorante, sporco e con capelli nel lavandino. Luci fulminate. Pentolame arrugginito. Alloggio assolutamente DA EVITARE

Utrustningen i köket var undermålig, saknades en mängd köksredskap för att kunna laga mat. Saknade även en mikrovågsugn. Få glas och ett var skadat. Äldre kastruller och stekpanna. Extra natt blev dyrare än ursprungligt pris.

Die Lage

Wir mussten schauen wie wir ins Haus kommen. Das WLAN war nicht vorhanden. Waschmaschiene gegen zusätzliche 15 Euro. Sie wollten die Wohnung einen Tag zu früh putzen. Keine Entschuldigung nur ok von Vittorio. So schlecht wurden wir noch nie behandelt. Wir erwarten eine Entschädigung für das nicht vorhandene WLAN.

Sconsiglio per soggiorni molto brevi

Posizione fornita di tutto e appartamento ben riscaldato.

Non adatto per affitti di brevi durate. Attrezzato di macchina del caffè a cialde ma senza fornire il caffè per l'ospite che affitta, lo trovo davvero molto scortese; è la seconda volta che affitto con questa gestione di appartamenti, e addirittura la prima volta non c'era nemmeno la moka, pessimo servizio. Le stoviglie le ho dovute rilavare perché sporche unte e macchiate. La connessione della TV a Netflix non funziona. Mancano tutti gli accessori che servirebbero per soggiornare qualche giorno (caffè, moka, forbici, phon, scolapasta). Oltretutto la luce della camera da letto non funziona.

l'appartamento sostitutivo (quello che avevo prenotato non era stato pulito, c'era ancora il letto disfatto dall'ospite precedente) era comodo al luogo di lavoro e c'era parcheggio libero

prenotato appartamento con 2 camere da letto (esplicitato sulla conferma di prenotazione), ma entrambi gli appartamenti proposti ne avevano 1 sola. Mancavano gli asciugamani e le luci nella camera da letto non funzionavano. Chiamato più volte l'host ha cercato di arrampicarsi sugli specchi e mi ha trattata anche un po' come una stupida ("non funziona la luce in camera" "guardi che deve accendere l'interruttore" Ma va? - "mancano gli asciugamani" "la signora li lascia" "eh ma non ci sono" "ma li lascia sempre" "si ma adesso non ci sono!" e così via). l'appartamento in sè era anche carino, peccato il resto.

Assolutamente niente,proprio da evitare,non poi allogiare in un posto cosi pessimo,avere paura di dormirci dentro e pure pagare x questo

Sotto casa ti trovi sempre extracomunitari che spacciano la droga.Ti afferano,non poi uscire o entrare,tranquillamente.Io essendo sola avevo paura uscire la sera. Tutta la zona stazione e piena di extracomunitari,solo loro che abitano qui,negozi loro,bar loro,praticamente la zona di loro. Io avevo affitato la strutura x 2 settimane,inffati dopo 3 giorno sono scapata,non mi sentivo sicura.Alle 11 di notte mi hanno busato alla porta e suonato il campagnello di casa,ci ho avuto paura anche dormire di notte dentro quel apartamento. Da quello che ho saputo dai vicini di casa,e che la struttura ha avuto problemi pareche volte,e che sono dovuti intervenire i carabinieri. L’apartamento poi e un imbroglia,e passato con 2 camere dal letto ma praticamente ha un soggiorno picollo con cuccinino in vista senza porta e una stanza dal letto

J'avais laissé le lit à ma mère et j'ai dormi dans le canapé qui n'était pas très confortable. L'eau chaude de la douche est un peu longue à arriver et le jet n'est pas très fort. Points qui ne dépendent pas du propriétaire : L'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé mais j'ai habité 18 ans à Cuneo dans ce type d'immeuble et je n'ai pas été surprise. Difficulté pour se garer du fait que le quartier est très fréquenté.
