Excellent apartment with secure parking

We stayed in this lovely apartment for an overnight to stop off and visit family en route back from the Alps. It is in a quiet location with stunning views from the little balcony. Friendly and accommodating Guido supplied meticulous instructions for access and met us punctually. He offered to help carry our luggage up to the apartment, but since the (fully loaded) car was secure in the gated car park we opted to leave everything but essentials in it. The apartment is on the third floor, so a few stairs and no lift should this be of concern to you. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, Guido also kindly supplied fresh fruit, wine, milk, snacks, tea, coffee, etc. No need to use the car as it was a short, uphill walk of less than 15 mins to the centre of beautiful Cuneo which looked stunning in the bright winter sunshine surrounded by snow capped mountains. We would definitely stay again.

The best experience I had with booking.com so far! A great and spacious apppartement, very well equipped! The center of Cuneo is within a short walking distance and the host was super helpful to arrange the check-in and helped us to store our luggage. Would definetly stay here again.

A great property, an excellent host and we'd stay there again if we return to Cuneo.

Guido was very helpful, as he met us on the road to direct us down to the building which is an impressive, beautifully converted vast stone structure. It was very tastefully and interestingly laid out and decorated and Guido had left us lots of things to eat and drink, which was greatly appreciated.

The weather- because of the torrential incessant rain we couldn't venture up into Cuneo centre itself, which we know to be beautiful. Very disappointing. Apart from that even the occasional passing train didn't disturb us.

Quaint little apartment.

We love everything about this little apartment. It's comfortable, clean, and convenient. If you have a car, it's about a 5-minute drive to the Center. The access road and area look deceiving, but no need to worry. It's very safe, and the apartment is quaint. Guido is also very kind and accommodating.

Excellent stay

The host was very flexible and helpful. It came to the city centre to pick up us at 11pm after our flight was delayed. The apartment is very cosy, with a nice view on the mountains. Everything was great in the way the house welcomed us, from the breakfast to the local products waiting for us on the table. Highly recommended

Casa molto carina con parcheggio

La casa è molto carina, pulita e accogliente. Ci sono due letti matrimoniali ma non sono due e vere proprie stanze da letto. Un letto sta su un soppalco e uno sotto separati solo da una tenda.

Terzo piano senza ascensore (ma lo sapevo) e che non ci sono due e vere proprie camere quindi per una notte è andata bene. Se io e la mia collega avessimo dovuto condividere più tempo in quella casa non c'era privacy.

Il Signor Guido persona molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto carino,fornito di tutto. Addirittura la colazione era offerta per tutto il soggiorno:fette biscottate,bottiglie di acqua, brioche,marmellata,latte,té,cialde per il caffè. Camera a piano terra con letto molto comodo in memory,guanciali in memory. Bagno fornito di saponi,bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Buona vicinanza alla città. Appartamento pulito. Due tv enormi con netflix.

Letto alla camera di sopra scomodo,penso sia il letto che materasso siano da cambiare..idem i guanciali.. Pericolosa la scala per andare al piano di sopra,consiglio di chiuderla lateralmente perché c è il passamano in ferro ma fosse un pò più chiusa sarebbe più sicura. Avrei dato 10 se non ci fossero state queste 2 cose secondo me da sistemare.

Ottima scoperta

Location bellissima, molto ben arredata e fornita di ogni comfort. Ogni dettaglio è ben curato e la pulizia è impeccabile. La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dal centro,ma in un contesto molto tranquillo nel verde. Comodissimo il posto auto privato proprio sotto casa. Host molto gentile e professionale.

“Confort, detalles de diseño y una bienvenida exquisita con vistas inolvidables”

El apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Muy buen gusto en la decoración, con interesantes detalles de diseño. Excelente recibimiento con abundante desayuno y hasta una botella de vino de la zona de regalo, exquisito. La vista desde el balcón es hermosa y está muy bien ubicado.

El edificio es antiguo, lo están reciclando y le falta restauración por fuera pero es sólo temporal. Los pisos son altos (como de 24 escalones), un ascensor no le vendría mal.

L'appartemento e' di dimensione generosa, arredato con gusto e funzionalita'. Il centro e' raggiungibile a piedi in 10min circa e la vista sui ponti e' carina. C'è anche parcheggio e un tocco molto gradito e' stato un piccolo dono di benvenuto. Tornerei volentieri

Un excellent séjour.

Appartement très propre, idéalement placé a deux pas du centre ville avec une place de parking privée. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que diverses attentions présentes dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. Tout était parfait.

L'accueil de Guido avec ses délicates attentions à l'italienne, le logement, calme, fonctionnel, propre, décoré avec goût et situé très proche du centre de Cuneo. L'abondance du petit déjeuner qui n'était pourtant pas prévu dans le prix. Je recommande vivement.

Splendida soluzione in contesto eccezionale

Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto, dal contesto particolare in cui è locata la casa, appena accanto alla mastodontica struttura del viadotto e al fiume che ci passa accanto, alle stanze arredate con sapienza e gusto, con un occhio alle esigenze del cliente e uno all’estetica. Non manca davvero nulla, ci sono sia bollitore che macchina del caffè che frigo e microonde, un angolo studio, libri per chi avesse voglia di avventurarsi in nuovi mondi fantastici, lavatrice e phon di cortesia. Il letto è comodissimo, caldo e accogliente e la pulizia eccezionale. Il terrazzino che guarda la zona circostante è un vero plus, ideale per aperitivi e cene nelle calde giornate d’estate. Il centro è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti, grazie a una strada molto piacevole da percorrere a piedi. Guido ha lasciato, oltre all’occorrente per la colazione, anche due cioccolatini di benvenuto e delle ciotole con uno snack per il mio cagnolino: cosa desiderare di più?

Alloggio bello, colorato, comodo e accogliente, anche più spazioso rispetto alle foto, siamo stati benissimo. C'è tutto il necessario per cucinare (olio, sale, pepe, spezie, pellicola, alluminio, scottex, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, infusi e mille altre utilità), una bella TV con un profilo Netflix e una TV anche sul soppalco per chi lo usasse. Stereo, libri, carte da gioco... Riscaldamento controllabile in autonomia. Molto apprezzata la colazione a disposizione e l'acqua fresca in frigo, e anche la ciotola d'acqua già preparata per il nostro cane. Bel balconcino per rilassarsi. Anche la posizione è molto suggestiva, proprio sotto a un viadotto monumentale, in una zona molto tranquilla. Guido, il proprietario, molto gentile e accogliente. Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte di passaggio!
