Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο και με εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ ευχάριστο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος στην επικοινωνία, πολύ φιλικός και κατατοπιστικός, με σαφείς οδηγίες και άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Συνολικά, είχαμε μια πολύ όμορφη διαμονή.
Ίσως το ότι δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, καθώς, παρότι το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο, αυτό μπορεί να δυσκολέψει επισκέπτες με βαριές αποσκευές ή κινητικές δυσκολίες. Επίσης, επειδή βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο πάνω από πολυσύχναστο πεζόδρομο, η αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας είναι κάπως περιορισμένη, καθώς οι περαστικοί μπορούν εύκολα να έχουν οπτική επαφή με το εσωτερικό του διαμερίσματος αν τα παντζούρια ή οι κουρτίνες είναι ανοιχτά.
