บ้านพักติดถนนใหญ่เลย เดินทางสะดวกมากๆ เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุเพราะมีห้องนอนที่ชั้น1 ไปกัน6คนที่นอนเหลือๆสบายมากๆเลย
บันไดค่อนข้างสูงชัน ไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุต้องระมัดระวัง

民宿乾淨，環境非常好👍 離JR環狀線距離非常近，附近機能也非常棒❤️ （超商、超市、藥妝店、餐廳）應有盡有🥰 第一次住到這麼棒的民宿，下次有機會再來大阪遊玩，會再考慮住的地方❤️❤️❤️ 一樓就有雙人房，若是有長輩同行，可以直接在一樓非常好👍 一樓、二樓、三樓，皆有廁所，不用大家擠著搶廁所跟洗澡。

距離JR 桃谷站近, 超市購物等生活機能和移動都很方便 我們這次一家人是包棟 整棟的房間浴室乾淨舒適 , 有任何狀況需要協助時店主積極馬上處理
和式房間緊鄰馬路, 有車子呼嘯過聲音 , 建議戴耳塞比較好 建議店主可以加裝隔音窗, 上下樓梯較陡須注意
