We were a group of 8, and there were more than enough sleeping space for us all. We absolutely LOVED the design and Harry Potter theme, each room and design was well thought of. It kinda reminded me of the Weasley House because it has so much stairs. 😆 And it was nice having to come together at the end of the day and dine at the Great Hall. (We ended up ordering food delivery a lot to use this space too!) It would’ve been nice to see the “candles” light up, but it’s also already beautiful as is. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

We had an issue with the water heater at the start of our stay, probably because we couldn’t understand the buttons to operate it 🥲 but the management was quick to respond even late at night, and we finally got hot water to shower in the middle of our stay. Also would be nice to have trash bags, but not a big issue. Bathroom could be a bit more maintained but the place was overall clean!

The lack of a TV

Logement bien situe, dans une ruelle calme (heureusement car l isolation phonique n est pas exceptionnelle) Décoration intérieure très jolie. Logement propre et bien tenu. Literie confortable.

Une seule salle de bain pour 10 personnes c est limite. Une douche en plus serait tres bien. Le lave linge c est très bien, mais rien pour accrocher le linge , dommage. Armoire sans cintres pour accrocher les habits, pas de patère dans les pièces, dommage. Serviettes fournies, mais pas de serviette pour la vaisselle , dommage. ce sont des points qui sont facilement corrigeable pour être parfait.

The theming was great

There were no English instructions/booklet on how to use air conditioners, how to use stove top, how to use washing machine. Also how and when rubbish needed to be put out. There were no basics provided like coffee, sugar, tea etc Only 1 towel per guest which was silly as we showered sometimes twice a day due to sightseeing. As a foreign family it would have been nice to have a printed booklet in English to assist us. Also didn’t realise it was a 4 story property so everyone was separated to a floor each. There was nowhere for us as a family to relax apart from in the kitchen/dining area or our own bedrooms.
