The building is relatively new and is located in a quiet area. The unit is also considered new and clean. We had a cozy stay.

The mattress is thin and is of the folding type, making the folding line noticeable and causing the mattress to sink. The duvet is also not in good condition. The owner has provided everything at a minimal cost; for example, the chopping board is thinner than cardboard, the vacuum is lost cost type as well. Additionally, no kitchen cloth has been provided, it is impossible to wipe the kitchen top and the dining table without the cloth. We stayed there for 11 days and were only given one bath towel. We tried to request the kitchen and extra floor towel but owner declined. The curtains are not blackout curtains, which means it gets very bright in the morning and may wake you up. However, we managed to get used to it after sleeping there for a couple of days. Other than that, we are glad to have stayed in the unit. (To the owner, it’s too late to apologise for the inconvenience and do not say you will do better next time, since you declined it when we requested for it.)
