The location was perfect. Very easy to walk around the centre of Osaka. Public transport was convenient isn’t. The room was suffice.
I’m not much of a futon man but my wife slept really well.

The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful, it was obvious she took good care of the property, and I had no issues understanding the process of checking in or out. Loved the snacks
I liked everything

Location is good, close to all amenities.
AC system is so bad that you will get sick. It wouldn’t stop blowing hot air even if the room temp has reached its desired level. Ryokan is okay for 2-3 days but it’s had to move around in your knees or bend all the time.
