1.空間設計得很好，空間很大很舒適。
2.地點很好，鐵路跟JR都很近，附近有全家跟7-11，離繁華的街道也很近，吃的跟藥妝店都很方便。
3.寢室都有遮光窗簾，不怕早上光線太亮或午休沒辦法睡
4.倒垃圾也超方便!就在一樓電梯旁。
5.枕頭超多~對有小孩的家庭很方便，可以圍在四周防撞跟預防跌落，還可以玩枕頭大戰XD
6.烘衣機超方便!還有手洗功能!
7.衣櫃很大，還有提供衣架超加分!
1.剛開始給的開門資訊不完整,訂兩間房只收到一組密碼，以為密碼同一組，結果到的時候被鎖在門外一陣子，聯絡到了才知道另一間房是不同密碼QQ如果訂多房，要提醒房東再三確認開門密碼問題，不然攜家帶眷又很多行李會慌
2.客廳窗戶沒有窗簾，窗戶沒辦法看外面QQ本來以為高樓層會有好的景觀，但其實霧面窗戶看不到
3.對外隔音沒有很好，消防車救護車的聲音都很大聲，有被吵到睡眠

住宿地點非常方便，鄰近鶴橋站，周邊也有一些藥妝店、超商跟超市。不是個喧鬧吵雜的地方。
房間設施基本上都可以滿足日常生活使用，可以簡單烹飪，洗衣機，浴缸，住起來非常舒服。
目前想不到缺點。

우선은 깔끔했습니다 1층에 식당이 있어서 늦게 도착한 첫날 이용하기 너무 좋았습니다 1층 식당 직원분이 호텔게이트 출입시 도움을 주시기도 하셨습니다 식당직원분들이 매우 친절하셨고 많은 도움을 주셨습니다
다만 밤에 소음이 너무 잘들려서 창문이 열려있는 줄 알았습니다. 여행으로 피곤했기때문에 잠들면 딱히 신경쓰이지는 않았습니다. 또한 1층에 담배냄새가 매우 심해서 출입시 불편하긴 했습니다
