Great surroundings for this flat. Quiet but at walking distance to a more lively area. Supermarket, restaurants and shop are nearby in numbers. Lovation is perfect and the flat is offer great space.

和室のエアコンの効きが悪い 脱衣室が無い。キッチンの脇が浴室だが、そこで着替える必要がある リビングダイニングルームと和室の2部屋だが、それぞれが共用廊下を挟んだ別室なので玄関の行き来が必要。そのため毎度鍵をそれぞれかける必要がある。

Wonderfully helpful & friendly host - very prompt communication over chat. They let us know the cleaning was done early, allowing us to check in early, when we were completely exhausted which was AMAZING. Just what we needed! Perfect location - 2min walk to Temmabashi 9-Chome Station exit 1&2. Family Mart store on the way & 7-Eleven 1min the other way. Yummy ramen restaurant near the train exit 1 as well (incl vegan options, cash only). If you are willing to walk up 3 flights of stairs (not really that bad once you get the luggage up), apartment 4F is fantastic! So much space - 3 bedrooms with 2x doubles in each. Beds are comfortable, if on the firm side. Strange small, puffed up, firm pillows seemed like they would be uncomfortable, but none of us had any resulting neck pain. Good space at entrance for taking shoes on/off. Washing machine very handy and detergent was supplied. Shower pressure was really good. Air conditioning warmed us up fast and wasn’t noisy. Pretty views over rooftops and a little temple complex just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again in Osaka!

There was a bit of traffic noise on the weekend - Osaka has groups on motorbikes that regularly cruise around revving their engines as loudly as possible. They kept cycling past between 10pm & midnight. Apparently it’s an accepted thing in Osaka so would affect all central accommodation. Wasn't really that big a deal. There was no tea towels/paper towel for drying plates etc, but that was a common Japan problem. Carrying the bags for 3 flights at the start & end was a little annoying, but expected, and we had a couple of strong adults to handle the 4 bags, so it wasn't an issue for us. Apartment & location makes up for it 100%!
