Stunning lodge, very good location right on the lake, beds very comfortable also everything and more you could need! Very clean and spacious.

We would highly recommend, we will definitely be back and telling our friends about it.
Wow what a beautiful lodge, super comfortable modern and clean. The layout of the lodge provided a great space to cook and socialise with the open plan kitchen area which had everything that was needed in terms of equipment to make a lovely meal. The lounge area was super comfortable and relaxing with the recliner sofas, coffee table and ambient lighting. Outside the lodge has a stunning veranda complete with hot tub, beautiful dining table with fire pit and views over the lake it's absolutely stunning! The fact there was direct access to the lake and seating was great and we fished both days and caught a considerable amount. Heron Lakes is a lovely well maintained site that's peaceful and feels very safe, within the site there is a lovely licensed Italian cafe which we visited for lunch whilst waiting to check in to the lodge, the food, drinks and service were good. The sites close to local areas if you do want to venture out but the chill vibe and lodge alone are enough.

Fishing at the site states Great, but lakes are set up for cosmetic appearance and not for fish. How can you tell, the chemical coloured water, and no one fishing as there are so very few fish. However accommodation is first class

Beautiful lodge very relaxing right on the lake
Beautiful lodge lovely & clean very comfortable everything you need for a relaxing break…huge sofas which were very comfortable & relaxing 🥰surroundings are so relaxing and peaceful looking directly over the lake.. the host Lisa was very friendly and great communication throughout. Cannot wait to go back 😀🥰. Hot tub was amazing relaxing with a tipple looking at the wild life on the lake. Beautiful woodland walks right on the doorstep such a lovely relaxing family break.
