Lovely apartment with a great location

The location was great, right next to a big retail park with a Morrisons supermarket, lots of takeaways, a corner shop next door and regular bus routes into town. Parking was great, having your own parking space allocated and the apartment was so cosy and warm. We had everything we needed in the apartment and was furnished to a high standard.

Cosy well equipped apartment

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a weekend or even longer stay. If not there's lots of local shops and takeaways. Easy check in and check out. The separate bedroom was cosy and comfortable and at the back of the apartment away from the busy road.

Wonderful second stay, will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful property, have stayed in a seperate apartment before and we’re always really impressed. Sheets were soft, furnishings were lovely: very cute front room which is open plan with a kitchen.

Heating controls were hidden behind the coffee machine in the kitchen so we struggled to find them (did eventually). Sofa was a bit stained.

Lovely 10 Night Stay

Very clean, modern and spacious. Everything needed for stay provided (everything has been thought of). Excellent location 5 minutes from Humber bridge and city centre. Amazing host (quick responses to messages and extremely helpful). Will absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Great value for money in a great location.

Very well equipped and quiet apartment. Private parking.Plenty of places to eat nearby or local supermarket. If you need a gym the PureGym is a 10 minute walk away.

A suggestion for the owner. Flat 5 needs a little unit in the bathroom to put your toiletries.

We needed somewhere to stay while the builders worked on our house and this worked out ok.

Well situated for what we needed in a quiet location.

Badly stained settee for which we used a throw to cover it with. Washing machine door seal loose. Limited ceramic cups.

Cleaning of kitchen appliances in need of review

Spacious accommodation in great location. Lisa was extremely good / helpful in responding to messages in the lead up to our arrival.

We did not use the oven or the microwave as neither were very clean. Therefore, we had to eat out which spoilt our experience and defeated the object of booking an accomodation with its own kitchen facilities. Disappointed to have had to pay a cleaning fee when obviously cleaning had not been thoroughly done after the previous occupants had left. We have booked a different apartment here again in December and have specifically requested that the cooking appliances are checked thoroughly prior to our arrival.

Good value for money but needs washing up liquid and sponge

It was spacious and nice furniture, the area was ideal and convenient in a nice area. Clean bedding.

There was dust in areas like by the side of the toilet, the kitchen sink drain board was covered in stains and not buffered, there was no washing up liquid, sponge or cloth so had to wipe sides with a tea towel.

Lovely stay

Good location, nice and quiet but near lots of shops and amenities. The apartment was really good value and the owner was really helpful before we arrived. We would definitely book again.

The front door was faulty and a tradesman was called out very quickly and repaired it. The kitchen hood was very greasy and I reported that.

Lovely little place great location

It was a very spacious apartment, lovely kitchen, living room was lovely with a big TV screen and a good 4 person dining table. Bathroom was spacious and lovely deep bath with a very good shower. Bedroom was a very good size with wardrobe and dressing table and sides tables beside bed, mattress was very comfortable and we both slept very well. Good eating places nearby.

Lovely clean linen, nice apartment, helpful host, dedicated parking, decent bathroom.

Bit hard to find. It's the building to the right of Aspen Court. Could do with a dishcloth to wash up and the WiFi code has worn off the card so can't connect.

Lovely

The location was perfect for us. It had more than we expected like coffee pods etc… There was a washing machine include detergent. And lots of cleaning products. Both bedrooms had lovely comfy beds. And the living space was lovely. We had a mix up with the apartment numbers but it was very quickly resolved. Booking. Com said it was apartment two so we couldn't get into the key box! We called Lisa and she told us we were actually apartment five. Just to add l'd done a late shift at work and it was well after midnight when we called. She was more than helpful.

Quite a strong ‘musty’ smell in the apartment A waste bin and somewhere for toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice.

Okay for a very short stay

It was fine for 2 nights, and generally clean. It served a purpose while going to a wedding locally. They did also get a giant fan delivered which was helpful in the heat.

Bed was super uncomfortable, the mattress was like jelly so every time my partner turned over I woke up, and it was tiny for two adults. The hairdryer also didn't work. The address on the booking.com website seemed a bit wrong, as the delivery driver couldn't find us and neither could the Uber. The front door of the building was always left unlocked which didn't feel that safe. Blinds in the bedroom left it extremely light in the room which kept waking up my husband- really needed curtains also to keep out the light. If you are just one person on your own and have a sleep mask and don't mind jelly mattresses, and don't have much hair to dry, you'd probably be okay!

Apartment, was super cute, had everything that was needed for my over night stay, but would suit someone who chose to stay a little longer. Clean, modern & good value.

Bed mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but for the price of the stay it was a small compromise. Sofa bed again was not the most comfest to chill watching the TV but didn't impact on my decision not to stay again, already booked.

Very pleasent stay

Had a little trouble getting the right key, rang the number provided and the lady helped us and directed us to the correct box. Clean and spacious apartment, car park to the front of the property. Walking distance to local amenities. Only issue was the shower tap was stuck, so could not use the bath. But not a major issue

Lovely property in a lovely location.

The property itself was lovely. Great location very mainstream, got everything around you. I stayed here to recover from an operation and it was ideal. Had everything provided, and the host was supportive and lovely.

I feel like the cleanliness let the host down, lime scale flaking off into the kettle water sort of thing. The host was very helpful and reimbursed us for the cleaning fee etc.

For our 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) it was quite noisy in the building so was kept awake by otters drinking / partying.
