no aircondioning single room, fan available. location behind covered car park[like underground carpark but on ground level] .

The room was really nice, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Big TV as well which is a nice touch! Kitchen had everything you needed but fridge space was extremely limited so if you were staying more than one day and planning to cook for yourself you might struggle.

There were no towels provided and despite messaging the property and it being read it was ignored, which meant I had to go out late at night to the local Morrisons and buy a bath towel. Also there was never anyone on reception even during the times when it is supposed to be open.

Good location. Shops right at the door step and plenty of parking spaces. Spacious apartment and secure door entry. Beds were comfy but the bed base moves easily which wasn't that comfortable.

Floors were really dirty. Not just needs a vacuum dirty but needs proper mopping dirty. After 20 min of us being in the apartment I found the bottom of my daughter's socks absolutely dirty. I noticed dried food stain spots near the kitchen area which were covered in dirt. The reception was already closed and we had already unpacked for the night so I didn't want to call the out of hours number to change the place. After some time of walking barefoot, our feet started making sticky feet noises. Mentioned it to the lady at the reception during check out who said they are cleaned before every stay which I highly doubt. Some of the pans were dirty as well. The main entry door doesn't open immediately after recognising the key card. I had to try 3 times every time I had to enter which was annoying. Place lives up to the name of the maze. Too many turns to get to the apartment the first time. Figured out the closest entry point later which made it easier.
