L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et confortables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation en cette période de canicule. Merci également pour les petites attentions à l'arrivée avec des boissons au frigo et une boîte entière de capsules de café. Emplacement pratique à proximité de la gare, idéal pour visiter les 5 terres. A côté d'un supermarché et d'une station. Il y a également un parking à proximité.
La résidence n'est pas bien insonorisée et on entendait les voisins et les bruits de la rue, mais cela était supportable. Il manquerait une pièce de vie car le canapé est dans la cuisine.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, con aria condizionata, comodo a pochi minuti dalla stazione, la proprietaria e' stata gentilissima e ci ha dato molte informazioni utili su cosa fare a La Spezia. Puo' essere una buona location per visitare le 5 terre.

Krásný byt s klimatizovanými pokoji a plně vybavenou kuchyní. Pohodlné a krásné ubytování s bezplatným parkováním hned u vchodu, 6 minut chůze k vlakovému nádraží, odkud se můžete vydat do Cinque Terre. Byli jsme moc spokojeni, doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme.
