location convenient to shops and airport

Would have been helpful to access TV - weak or no signal when searching for channels - no second remote as described in contact emails. The stairs were very narrow and extremely steep - had to come down sideways.

facilities were good. Location excellent - overall doesn't live up to "Classy"

The location was great - very short walk to Shopping Centre and railway station. 2 kms to Southampton Airport

it was hard to see the numbers on the lock box. The stairs were a real challenge - very steep,, narrow and the stpes not very deep. had to go up sideways to feel safe. The front door was very difficult to close - it was open when I returned second time - unable to lock on departure. While I was able to access WiFi for my phone - unable to tune in any TV channels - constant message weak or no signal. The property is 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in loungeroom - not really suitable for more than 2 people. The twin beds were mismatched in style and height.

Good value for money

* The location is convenient. It is close to the shopping centre and Eastleigh train station. * The flat is well equipped and we had everything we needed for 2 weeks stay * The host was very helpful. * Great value for money. It was the cheapest property I could find at Eastleigh at the time of booking and I was worried it would have unpleasant surprises, but it turned out to be okay.

It is worth mentioning it is a flat not a house. It wasn't a problem for us, but I can imagine someone booking and expecting step free access, garden and more than one level based on the property title.

I would never stay here again

There were water bottles in the fridge, and the beds were comfortable

The sofa bed should not be described as an option to sleep on. Extremely uncomfortable. We asked for it to be set up as a bed as we were arriving late from a long ferry journey - this hadn't been done. Also no bedding provided that actually fit the sofa "bed". No curtains or blinds in the kitchen, and no door to close, so we were awake as soon as the sun came up as the light pours in to the living area. Very unclean - I would expect it to be spotless when being charged a £60 cleaning fee!!!! Dust and marks all over the house too. The apartment is the upstairs of a terraced house, and the lock to the door isn't exactly secure. We didn't feel safe with our children there knowing there was somebody downstairs who could easily access where we were staying. The host said there was a small remote and a large remote for the TV, and we needed the small one to make netflix work. We couldn't find this remote anywhere. There was no mention of parking from the host, and we arrived to find it permit holder only parking... This might be OK for a single occupant to stay in, if they arent bothered by dust and a dodgy door, but it shouldn't be let out to families!!! I cannot understand why it is described as classy. The pictures are not an accurate reflection of the property. Lots of random personal items lying around too. A terrible experience and we couldn't wait to leave

Great pleasant stay

Super comfy beds and living room space , kids lived the bath . Great kitchen to prepare meals with all utensils and internet good reception

There is a gap between the kitchen and living room and presents a hazard for accidents . We fell over a few times nothing major but maybe some adjustment can be done to that part of the property

We had a reasonable short stay here and felt secure. Unit was very clean.

Host was very helpful in fixing TV left unserviceable by previous tennants. Host was helpful in arranging parking permit for the on street parking.

Unit was really only suitable for 2 guests. Dining table very small with two chairs. Sofa bed not comfortable for the third person. Bedroom was very good for two. Presentation of unit externally could have been improved with attention to front garden and entrance. Internal staircase very narrow and without handrail - not really suitable for elderly.

I cannot recommend staying here

The word "Classy" is a total misnomer. The pictures look lovely, until you are in the property and can see the reality. As far as I could tell, the accomodation has been 'renovated' to make a quick buck. I only stayed for the one night, even although I'd booked for 8 nights, as I couldn't face staying any longer. There were so many things just not right. There was an overwhelming smell of some sort of pungent spice every time I opened the fridge door. A black bin bag full of rubbish inside a cupboard. No evacuation plan in case of emergency. A very steep stair with no handrail. The " view" to back " garden" looked like a used mechanic's scrap yard. Packets of crisp arranged on a shelf in a cupboard. On a positive note, the contact I had with the owner when I needed to get him to sort the TV as the sound wasn't working properly and the subtitles were on ( the previous resident had left their Netflix log in on) was very positive. He was very polite and helpful.

Una grande delusione

Lo scorcio del tramonto del sole dalla finestrella della cucina e del salottino. Cucina bene fornita con acqua nel frigo, latte e tutto l' occorrente per la prima colazione.

Non ci sono piaciute diverse cose. Le foto sono più belle rispetto alla realtà e creano delusione al momento dell' arrivo sia per gli esterni che per l' interno. Per prima cosa è difficile riuscire ad aprire la seconda porta che permette di accedere alla scala che porta all' alloggio e più volte abbiamo avuto il timore di non riuscire ad entrare o di restare chiusi dentro. La camera da letto ha due letti singoli che abbiamo trovato fatti con relativo asciugamani, ma solo per due persone, quando la prenotazione era per quattro persone con due ragazzi di 15 e 16 anni!!! Il sofà, che dovrebbe essere il secondo letto, è sporco e consumato rendendo impossibile dormirci; inoltre non c' erano le lenzuola! È presente un tavolino minuscolo solo con due sedie. Le stanze e il bagno erano polverosi. Abbiamo chiamato per chiedere dove avrebbero dormito i ragazzi e due sedie in più anche pieghevoli per permettere di mangiare visto che è presente una cucina bene attrezzata. Ci ha detto che sarebbe arrivato un' ora dopo. Si è presentato con due lenzuola nuove appena comprate per coprire il sofà e due imbottiture da piumone da porre tra il sofà e il lenzuolo per cercare di rendere più morbido le barre della struttura del sofà......anche in questo modo la situazione non è cambiata e abbiamo dormito malissimo per 4 notti senza lenzuola per coprirsi e gli asciugamani per i ragazzi per asciugarsi. Le due sedie anche eventualmente pieghevoli non sono mai state portate perché ci è stato detto che nelle foto non c' erano!!!!! Ma allora perché affittare e fare pagare un alloggio per 4 persone quando è per 2 persone?!? Il bagno nei punti sporchi è stato pulito davanti a noi con un po' di carta igienica e ci è stato detto che era pulito......il primo giorno abbiamo perso 4 ore per cercare di capire come risolvere questa situazione, ma non ne siamo venuti a capo spendendo anche i soldi per la cena fuori della prima sera......
