THE APARTMENT ITSELF IS VERY AVERAGE, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LUXURY !!! , LOCATION VERY FAR FROM THE METRO, AFTER A WHOLE DAY VISIT IT IS EXHAUSTING, CONTACT WITH THE OWNER IS IMPOSSIBLE, THE MANAGEMENT PERSON IGNORES ALL REQUESTS TO CONTACT US, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED IN THE BOOKING... INSTRUCTIONS SENT FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY REGARDING COLLECTION OF KEYS ARE VERY IMPRECISE AND MISLEADING... IF YOU ARRIVE LATE IN THE EVENING, YOU WILL HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE STREET BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ENTRY IN.

Very hot and very little ventilation. Floors were not vacuumed and washed. Bathroom bin was still full with dirty pads. Bedroom window is broken and the wall is damaged yiu might want to repair to maintain your luxury status. About 20 min walk to the metro and town so good location Thanks

L'emplacement. L'appartement est fonctionnel il y a tous ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.

La propreté et l'état général de l'appartement. Il y avait un dégâts des eaux et le placard était bien écarté du mur. Une vitre était cassé. Les draps supplémentaires étaient pleins de cheveux. Beaucoup de poussière dans les placards. Nous n'avons pas pu rentrer dans l'appartement à l'heure prévue. C'était assez compliqué de communiquer avec l'hôte. C'est dommage car l'appartement a beaucoup de potentiel.

Чисто. Два телевізори, але той що в вітальні заважав ходити. Є ванна. Є прита, чайник і кавомашина. Пральної машини немає, але є поруч пральня, звідки починається квест)))

Ну якщо ви любите квести і пригоди, то це житло для вас)) Щоб туди попасти, треба чотири рази ввести паролі і різні коди. Починати треба з пральні поруч, в якій є ключі в коробці з коробками, яка працює тільки до 23:00)) І то, це ще половину кесту пройшов наш друг з Парижа, бо ми не встигали до 23:00 приїхати в пральню, бо він забрав ключі раніше і передав нам. Коли дійшли до дверей житла, то ще проходили троє дверей з замками і кодами, щоб відкрити останні двері, ще чекали на пароль в чаті, який нам до останнього чомусь не присилали раніше, і це було вже після опівночі з двома маленькими дітьми, що дещо змусило понервувати, так як просто дублювали попередні інструкції, без пароля, а потім тільки прислали пароль. В самій квартирі дуже мало місця. Із стільців випадали болти. При розкладеному дивані неможливо пройти, між стіною і диваном мало місця, а вночі треба було часто проходити, бо з нами були малі діти і вночі їм треба було давати молоко, через що всі ноги були в синцях. В квартирі було прохолодно, через вікна свистів вітер, коли одну ніч були сильні вітри. Вікна були зачинені, просто пропускають, бо не герметичні. Раковина дуже високо зроблена, при моєму зрості 184см, навіть мені не було зручно нею користуватися. В усьому іншому норм.

Aucune lumiere extérieure ( pas de fenêtre ) dans le salon séjours ..sensation d’enfermement.manque une grande glace dans l’entrée et de quoi poser les affaires (manteaux ) . Peu de prises ou en hauteur ( peu pratique )

Mi è piaciuto molto l'alloggio e i letti erano molto comodi. Mi è piaciuta la cucina, molto attrezzata e pulita, inoltre c'era molto silenzio.

Non mi è piaciuto quasi niente , solo che il prezzo poteva essere migliore e più basso e mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare una bottiglia di acqua al mio arrivo.
