The location was brilliant right at the beginning of the Old Town. Room was tucked away so quiet at night very comfortabke and a great size. Couldn't have wanted anything more. Also great value for money. Definite recommend.

Loved how close it was to everything private entrance and how accommodating the staff were.
No cleaning facilities at all, even in the kitchen area there was nothing available to clean up with

Location. Clean towels. Comfy beds.
1. Main entry gate to ALL the Apartments locking system broken. No security. Anyone can walk into the courtyard. 2. We were in Apart 4 on Ground Floor. Window lock broken. No security. 3. Lock on bedroom door broken. 4. Window curtain fallen down. 5. No TV Channels whatsoever, even RO channels 6. No kettle (but 2 x cups!) 7. No toilet roll whatsoever. 8. Shower head holder broken.
