Très bien placé ! Pris à l’avance j’ai eu vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix.
Facile à trouver. J’ai été pendant la coupe du monde 2026 et c’était proche de la fanzone , c’était agréable.
Le bâtiment est un peu vieillot. L’ascenseur ne fait pas toujours confiance. Mais c’est surtout le lit , un peu dur, et le bruit de la tuyauterie toujours à la même heure (vers minuit) qui fait son bruit pendant 15-20 minutes, je sais pas d’où ça venait exactement.
La clim mal placée , impossible de régler la température , pas de piles ni sur cette télécommande ni sur celle du téléviseur.

Lo único positivo es la ubicación y la comunicación con el dueño.
Todo muy deteriorado. Puerta del mueble de cocina descolgada, ventanas del balcón estropeadas (no se pueden abrir), lel suelo de a bañera resbala, en el suelo del lavabo hay un agujero (desagüe) tapado por la alfombra del baño. Todo el apartamento huele a humedad. No usamos la cocina por las condiciones en las que estaba. No tuvimos relación con el conserje, pero la mujer de la limpieza cerró la puerta del ascensor de una patada (estando yo dentro). Sin ningún motivo ni mediar palabra.
