Hospitality of the owner, location, quite surrounding.
The owner is very helpful and communicative. He would respond to my message very quickly. On the check-in day, he waited me until around 2100. And he took me to the cash machine to help me withdraw money. He is respectful and polite.
Light of the room a bit dim. And that of bathroom more dimmer. The shower section and the toilet sit not in the standard, need to be furnished. Floormate missing in the bathroom, as it's a bit slippery. I would also suggest changing the bedclothes with new white one with good fragrance.
If these conditions are improved, future guests will always rate excellent reviews.

I liked the fact that the building is pretty and has a different style and vibee..
The fact that i rented a room and i got another one that wasn’t exactly as nice as the one I requested , the conditions were pretty good excepting the fact that the bathroom had little problems and the cleaning supplies were not enough , but in total if i would have to chose again this type of staying i would be more than thankful to get the room that I see in photos and that I’m paying for !
