About this apartment rental
The apartment is located close to Radison Hotel (50m). The apartment is at the 7th floor in an 8-stored building. The building is equipped with elevator. Completely furnished apartment - fully equipped living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Living with sofabed and a table. Bedroom with queen size bed. Bathroom with bathtub.

We do not charge you security deposits, because we trust you - for any damages to the flat, if you accidentally do, you will cover for it. We also welcome stays on monthly basis. At request we can provide transfer from and to the airport for 25euro/way/car maximum 3 persons.

Public parking is also available for 2 euro/hour/ maximum 2 hours/24 hours.

Inside olympic size pool - is 200 m far away - to World Class Academy and also Hilton Hotel inside pool is available for 15 - 25 euro/day/person. Outside luxury summer pool is at Radisson Sas Hotel for 30 euro/day.

Ce petit appartement est propre et bien équipé grâce à la cuisine, le salon, la chambre et la salle de bain. Il est bien situé, juste au nord du centre-ville touristique et proche des commodités et transports en commun.

Alex was extremely helpful in arranging airport pick up. We could not have had a better two weeks in Budapest. Public transportation is very easy to manage and we were able to walk to most museums and historical sights. We did take a small group day trip outside the city. The apartment is clean and comfortable with frequent housekeeping services provided. The kitchen is very small but good for providing a simple meal or heating take out foods in the microwave. Alex was a perfect host and easily accessible.

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Am vierten Tag gab es frische Frottierwäsche. Grosse Auswahl an Restaurants und Läden im Quartier. Athenäum quasi vor der Haustüre. Altstadt 15 Gehminuten. Metro 10 Gehminuten.
