Our apartment had a simple terrac ine, which was great, because it rained (but it only featured 2 plastic chairs and a small basic table). The location is near the park, but quite in a shady street (I guess there are a lot of them in Bucharest). You can park your car on the property behind locked doors. There is a common kitchen (heater, fridge, ...), but you have to find it yourself.
The room is almost too simple (it contains a bed, cheap open closet and a cheap table). The shower has no doors. The passage between the parking lot and the apartment is very filthy and stinks of thrash.
