Great location in the heart of the old town. Cheap but needs improvement

Very difficult to find, the street is obviously there but the number of the block is not visible. After walking up and down the street several times I eventually asked someone. I was directed to a metal gate covered in graffiti. The apartment is on the forth floor and the key box to get in has not been secured to the wall. It just falls off when you try to get the key. Not a huge problem but after a flight and wandering up and down looking for the place, little things can grate! The room is very basic and the bed linen so cheap and smelly I slept with my clothes on. The shower doesn’t attach to the wall so you have to hold it with your hand. There are no toiletries so make sure you bring your own, no hairdryer either. But there was toilet paper, even some left in the toilet floating around spin arrival. Oh I also encountered 2 cockroaches, they don’t bother me much but some people might not like having rent free lodgers. This place has a lot of potential and could do with some TLC. I hope the landlords take on board what need to be done. A blackout curtain in the sleeping area would be a bonus
