Proprietatea este situata in apropiere de Cotroceni One unde am avut treaba. Camera a fost suficient de mare, cu pat confortabil, chicineta dotata, tv si semnal wifi bun. Desi situata pe o strada destul de circulata atat ziua cat si noaptea, nu am avut probleme cu zgomotul. Parcarea se face in curtea proprietatii.

Curățenia lasă mult de dorit. Întreaga cameră ar trebui zugrăvită și mobilierul schimbat, baia refăcută si lenjeriile schimbate.
