Location was amazing. 2 minute walk to the main square, also on the hiking route to Monterosso

Very dark room with no natural lighting also on a busy street so we felt as thought people could look in on us, I think expensive for the basic room but also compared to other places in the town quite reasonable. Very clean and although there was no host present in the town, my messages were replied to and they were willing to help at any time

The location was great, just one staircase away from the town centre. It was easy to get the Key (lockbox) and the property had good facilities and hairdryer etc, the host also let us check out later which was very kind.

Overall the room was quite damp and dark and there was a lot of dust. The pictures are also slightly deceiving as the bathroom is one big glass box in the middle of the room one step below ground level (not good for accessible needs) and the top of the glass was coated in dust which was uncomfortable, the shower went cold after a few minutes and there's only one small cupboard to hang clothes.

C'è un condizionatore funzionante che fa baccano come una turbina d'aereo e che non garantisce il ricambio d'aria. La posizione è buona.

Ci siamo fermati 2 notti. L'ultimo giorno siamo letteralmente scappati perché l'aria era talmente viziata, pesante e puzzolente che non é stato possibile resistere lí dentro oltre le 6 del mattino. Questo posto non é una struttura, non é un monolocale e soprattutto non é un appartamento. É costituito da un unico vano seminterrato evidentemente ricavato da una cantina e ne conserva i tratti tipici: odore di chiuso, muffa, inesistente illuminazione e ventilazione. (L'unico buco assimilabile ad una finestra era grande su per giù 40cmx40cm e dava presumibilmente sul cortile interno di un'altra abitazione. E l'unico modo per aprirla o chiuderla era arrampicarsi su una sedia). Il bagno è al centro della stanza (letteralmente): hanno piazzato un cubo di vetro e cemento in mezzo alla stanza con dentro un lavandino, un wc ed una doccia con le pareti ammuffite nonostante l'evidente recente riqualificazione. Inoltre il bagno non è isolato dal resto della stanza perché le pareti non arrivano fino al soffitto, ma vengono tagliate e tappate a mò di tetto con una lastra di vetro bucata. Per concludere il disagio, la porta scorrevole di vetro non si chiude completamente e si trova ad un passo dal letto. Il letto é appena dietro al cubo del bagno e si tratta di un materasso (duro come il marmo) appoggiato ad una lastra di compensato. Ci sarebbe anche una "cucina" (davanti al bagno). Però non è presente nessuna cappa di aspirazione, rendendo impossibile cucinare qualsiasi cosa (ricordiamoci che non c'è modo di cambiare aria costantemente impregnata da un forte odore di muffa). La stanza ovviamente non è nemmeno isolata acusticamente: sembrava di avere i vicini lí dentro ed abbiamo sentito il vociare dei turisti in strada fino a tarda notte. Abbiamo comunicato con "lo staff" tramite whatsapp. Non c'è nessuno che ti aspetta e che ti faccia vedere la stanza.

Great location. Clean. Great air conditioning and wifi. Very quiet until the neighbors upstairs wake up.

The bathroom was uncomfortable for a middle-aged man. I had to enter sideways and step down to enter. Then to exit I had to reverse the procedure. And there is no shelf to put your toiletries on. I had mine in the hall next to the bathroom. 10:00 am checkout seems too early for people on vacation.

Superbe logement ! Très très bien placé dans le plus beau village des CinqueTerre.

La plaque à induction ne fonctionnait pas. Et on n’a eu personne pour la réparer. On a du manger à l’extérieur. Ce qui n’etait pas prévu dans notre budget. Mais sinon tout était parfait.
