The location is great. There is a small grocery store across the street to get a few snacks for the apartment. And the Lunch Box below was a nice bonus. Very good coffee!!

Not a big deal, but there was no way to make coffee. The coffee pot was missing the basket for the coffee.

Our train was arriving a little later than the usual check-in window, so the host arranged for his partner to greet us at the station and take us to the rooms. Central location; excellent restaurants downstairs and nearby. Washing machine nice to have and clothesline out the window was fun. Our host was very responsive.

Location. Host met us when we arrived and went over vernazza with us. Cafe at the bottom was good.

Hard bed. The sofa that turns into a bed was noisy, small & only good for a small child. Messaged the host during our stay to help with the washing machine but never heard back. Was hot - 2 fans definitely helped.

Centrally located, well appointed apartment with a treasure of a host

The best thing about the property is the owner Franco. What a gem. He met us at the station and took us to his centrally located apartment. Inside we found a bowl of fresh fruit, juice, milk, eggs, coffee and fruit tea waiting for us. He brought us an extra fan as it was very hot. Washing machine was welcome. He works at a local restaurant Il Gambero Rosso which is at the shore. Sublime fresh fish platter. Highly recommend. We based at Vernazza and took day trips to Portofino, Monterosso, and Riomaggiore. We also had a beach day at Vernazza.

Clean. Central. Washing machine.

Advertised as breakfast included which was why we chose it. Lady who opened for us couldn't speak a word of english (have no idea who the host is) and when asked about breakfast, pointed to a basket with something between melba toast and very old toast, jams and a few pieces of fruit. In the fridge were 4 eggs. 2 people for 3 days. We didn't expect an English breakfast, but we did expect a continental breakfast, which this was not. No toaster/microwave, only cooking elements tiny 2 plate stove. No mugs, just espresso cups. Put in a toaster, some bread, few slices charcuterie and cheese, maybe a yoghurt and you have a breakfast as promised. And a notice in the outside door, would help to stop people sitting on the step smoking, resulting in smoke wafting up into the apartment. In general, very disappointing.

Nice Apartment in the beating heart of Venazza

Nice apartment, very (very!) close to shops, cafes and train station. Helpful host who also organised the ( separate) parking for us. Washing machine was very useful for us.

You have to be a seriously good sleeper - or perhaps a party animal. Apart from the general hubbub of being so central, the cafe directly below the apartment starts to come to life not long after 7am and one night was still playing music close to midnight. The microwave had gone missing, though we did find the instruction book.

I like the location as it's so close to the station.

There are some stairs to the apartment, and if you have trouble lifting up your luggage to go up one short flight of stairs, then you have to reconsider staying here. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Owner is very kind and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay there and the location was perfect.

Food supplied was great. It would have been nice to have a few instructions on operating their Nespresso coffee maker.

There is a low cabinet over the bed that made it tricky to sit up without banging your head. Once we got used to it being there it was okay.

Nice apartment in the center of Vernazza, which made it a bit noisy!

The host met us at the train station which was so nice. The bathroom was large and there were amenities like coffee there. The bed was very comfortable.

There was no AC and it really needed it. Also, it's right in the center of Vernazza and above a restaurant and it was very noisy because we had to keep the windows open for air!

Great apartment with a very thoughtful host

Great little apartment with in an excellent location. The apartment was equipped with everything needed, including breakfast. The host, Franco, met us as we arrived by train, and had made us dinner reservations since restaurants were limited during the January slow season. I would definitely recommend for a couple or a family of 3.

Exceptional host. Efficient apartment. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The host, Franco, met us near the train station with the keys. He helped us in several ways and was always responsive. The apartment was very efficient and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a great plus as was the clothes line. The cafe just below the apartment called The Lunch Box had great coffee and brioches and tasty take away lunches for our hikes.

The sheets were so rough! I don’t know what they’re made of, but he needs to get softer ones. Leo, I did not see a mention of all the stairs you have to go up to get to the apt.

Exceptional

Our host, Franco, met us at the train station and led us to the apartment, which he had stocked with fresh fruit, eggs, milk, butter and jams. The apartment, though small, was very clean and comfortable and located in the middle of town above some restaurants and shops with an excellent view of the quaint street below. It was very quiet at night. The apartment is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and sunning rocks. Franco is the hardest working waiter I've ever seen and yet he was always available if we needed anything. Vernazza is probably the most peaceful place I've been to in years!

Perfect stay at perfect location

Amazing place to stay. The apartment is perfect for two people. Apartment was pretty good, had everything. Kitchen was also very well equipped and had all the basic amenities. The host is amazing and very friendly. He received us at the train station and provide us many different items like egg, bread ,jam,water etc. It made things very easy after a long journey. Location was also perfect.vernazza is the best place to stay imo in cinque terre and this apartment was in the middle of vernazza. It was just a minute away from station, so made exploring very easy.
