Clean, modern, accessible, everything was just perfect. Price is cheap for this level of quality. The staff is brilliant, they helped with everything and were always ready to assist on any issues, and sooo friendly, I am really happy that I chose this accommodation. This was the best welcome to the city.
Nothing. It’s perfect and much better than any other apartments we rented in the same price range in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona).

La stanza è bella e soprattutto c'è ogni elettrodomestico utile pur essendoci poco spazio. La doccia molto bella e grande, i proprietari hanno sostituito il soffione il giorno dopo che noi siamo entrati quindi avevamo una doccia completamente nuova e abbiamo apprezzato molto.
La zona è residenziale e lontana dal centro però è una bella zona, è silenziosa e la notte non abbiamo avuto problemi. Il letto molto comodo!
Lo staff gentile e ricettivo su whatsapp, inoltre avendo fatto il check in 1h più tardi perché stavano finendo le pulizie, ci hanno concesso di fare il check out 1h dopo!
Con la nostra prenotazione la struttura ci ha concesso anche il taxi gratuito dall'aeroporto.
La posizione non è il massimo perché è oggettivamente lontano dal centro e quindi c'è sempre bisogno di un mezzo per spostarsi però tutto sommato Valencia è collegata bene e la prima fermata del bus è letteralmente dietro l'angolo quindi ci siamo gestiti bene!
Se posso, consiglio di mettere una tovaglietta/panno per asciugare le stoviglie e anche delle tovagliette da usare sul tavolo per i pasti.

Espaiòs, net, cuina molt equipada, escriptori amb cadira per poder treballar, llit confortable, lavabo gran i plat de dutxa. No té gaire bon aparcar a la porta però hi ha un parking gran de terra molt a prop.
El tema fresses és terrible. A la nit se senten els avions de l'aeroport, quan venen a buidar els contenidors de les escombreries sembla que el camió estigui a l'habitació. Cap a les 2 de la matinada varem començar a sentir unes passes d'animals del pis superior, no sé si eren gossos o rates, però et foradaven les orelles.
Una mica complicat el descans nocturn.
