Fabulous property near Lake Ortae.

Sarah was welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The property was beautifully decorated, very comfortable with everything we needed. The air conditioning was a great bonus!

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen, komfortablen Unterkunft mit freundlichen Gastgebern.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, ruhig und äusserst bequem. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders positiv ist die separate Elektro-Ladestation, die einen echten Mehrwert bietet. Am Abend ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Es gibt nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles so neu - einfach nur schön! Es war alles da, was man braucht und die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Begrüßungsgeschenk hat uns auch sehr gefreut. Der Parkplatz war auch sehr gut, hinter einem Tor, sodass man sich total sicher aufgehoben gefühlt hat! Waschmaschine und Trockner können kostenfrei benutzt werden.

Kleinod in der Nähe vom See

Sarah war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft sehr modern, sauber und ruhig! Vollständig eingerichtete Küchenmesser! Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden. Toll für 1-2 Nächte

Relativ weit vom Ort entfernt. Wir haben zum Glück unsere Fahrräder mit gehabt ansonsten muss man ca 20 Minuten laufen. Keine guten Restaurants in der Nähe der Unterkunft. 2 gesicherte Parkplätze am Haus. Leider zu wenig für die gesamte Wohnanlage.

Host was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze had voor een welkomstdrankje gezorgd en ze legde ons diverse zaken over de accomodatie uit.

Appartement très bien situé en périphérie d'Omegna, à 4 minutes de la plage. Très bon état.

Entre les travaux dans une maison en face et un chien bruyant, sommeil pas toujours de qualité. Mais Sarah n'est pas responsable de cela!

Buona posizione per raggiungere le più belle località del lago d'Orta e del lago Maggiore. Struttura bella e ben tenuta. Ottima accoglienza : acqua fresca in frigo, in dispensa tutto per un pranzo veloce e per la colazione del giorno dopo. La consiglio.

Aggiungerei una tenda nella zona giorno per una maggiore privacy.

Merveilleuse base pour découvrir le lac d’Orta !

Appartement très bien aménagé et d’une extrême propreté, petites attentions agréables (bouteille de vin, biscuits, produits de base pour la cuisine, la vaisselle, la lessive, et la salle de bain). Proximité immédiate du lac et des plages pour se baigner. Hôtes extrêmement sympa et disponibles.

Pas trop de commerces à proximité immédiate mais le centre ville d Omegna est à 20 min à pieds, 10 en vélo et 5 en voiture

Prachtig appartement

Mooie en schoon appartement. Alles nieuw en modern. Wij verbleven hier met onze dochter van 10 maanden oud. Kinderstoel en kinderbedje was prima geregeld. Het wordt beheerd door een vriendelijk Italiaans gezin. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Die Lage war super, innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am See. Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut ausgestattet, ein besonderes Highlight waren die vielen kleinen Geschenke wie ein Prosecco, Wasserflaschen, Kaffee, Shampoo etc.

Superbe séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2025

Appartement très bien équipé, tout neuf. Bonne literie. Spacieux. Très propre. Au calme. On peut en 15 minutes de marche maximum, accéder à la plage, aux restaurants, au centre d'omegna. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques.

Alles was tip top in orde! Een schitterende verblijfplaats. De communicatie verliep zeer vlotjes, Sarah is zeer vriendelijk en antwoordde snel op al onze vragen. Fantastische plek om het Ortameer te bezoeken. Je kan er op 2 minuutjes naartoe wandelen. Wij komen heel graag terug als we nog eens in de buurt zijn. Bedankt, Sarah!

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage am schönen Ortasee

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und neu, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Ruhiger, gemütlicher und erholsamer Urlaub!!

Sarah, ihr Mann und ihre zwei Söhne sind super Gastgeber. Wir sind angekommen und konnten direkt durch ein Eingangstor fahren und dort parken. Es gibt sogar eine Ladestation für E-Autos. Der Garten ist super gepflegt. Das Apartment selber war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage und die Küche ist mit einem Induktionskochfeld, Herd und sogar einer Spühlmaschine ausgestattet. Zudem gab es Töpfe, Pfannen und genug Teller etc. In einem weiteren Gebäude gibt es sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der See ist in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und bietet eine Liegefläche mit vielen Bäumen um genug Schatten zu spenden. Zu empfehlen ist Sarah direkt per WhatsApp zu schreiben, sie antwortet schnell und spricht gerne Empfehlungen aus. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen Trip an den Lago d‘orta!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung ist modern, hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders schön ist der Balkon, auf dem man den Tag entspannt beginnen oder ausklingen lassen kann. Ein echtes Plus ist die Nähe zur Badestelle – nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und ideal zum Schwimmen oder Sonnen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und erholsam, perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war rundum gelungen. Gastgeberin Sarah war super freundlich und hilfsbereit – der Kontakt war unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Wohnung selbst ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Diese Wohnungen kann man bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Wir hatten selten eine so angenehme, fürsorgliche und verständnisvolle Vermieterin. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine wunderschöne, saubere und gut ausgestatte Wohnung vor. Neben Wasser, Prosecco, Kaffeepads für den Kaffeeautomaten, Frühstücksaufstriche (verschiedene Marmeladen), Nutella, verschiedene Leckereien, z.B. Kekse und so einiges mehr vor. Sarah, die fast täglich vor Ort war, stand uns für Fragen, jederzeit offen zur Verfügung. Das Bett war, wie das komplette Mobiliar, nahezu neuwertig und komfortabel. Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgerüstet. Parken war auf dem sicher umzäunten Gelände, kostenlos möglich.

Super schön und neu

Die sehr neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine perfekte Ausstattung. Es sind alle Küchenutensilien in hoher Qualität vorhanden. Wir wurden mit kühlen Getränken und einer Flasche Prosecco begrüßt. Die Gastgeberin und ihre nette Familie stellt Lebensmittel und Kaffee etc. zur Verfügung. Die Betten sind perfekt. Die Stadt Omegna ist größer, als die anderen Ortschaften am Orta See. Der Weg zur Unterkunft führt zunächst durch weniger einladende Gewerbestraßen. Das Haus selbst liegt aber in einem ruhigen, schönem Viertel. Von da gibt es 5 Minuten zu Fuß auch einen schattigen Strand zum Baden im See. Das Wasser ist klar und nicht kalt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt für E-Bike Touren genutzt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug nach Pella.

Brandneue superschöne Unterkunft!!

Die Unterkunft ist brandneu und dementsprechend in einem extrem guten Zustand, modern und schön eingerichtet, sauber, es ist alles da, was man braucht, sowohl was Küchenutensilien angeht, als auch Mobiliar, die Dusche ist der Wahnsinn (Wasserdruck ist fantastisch) alles hat perfekt gepasst. Sarah ist super lieb und eine gute Gastgeberin. Würden wir definitiv weiter empfehlen!!!

Alles war neu, super sauber und gepflegt! Wir hatten die Wohnung unten links ( die schönste 😉) Es liegt etwas „versteckt „ aber man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am See. Dafür ist es traumhaft ruhig, die Betten sorgten für einen perfekten Schlaf… wenn etwas ausgegangen ist - Sara kontaktiert und innerhalb kurzer Zeit hat sie es uns gebracht !! Gentilezza e pulizia in questa ' Perla' del lago d' Orta

Abbiamo soggiornato insieme alla mia famiglia un paio di giorni in una struttura molto carina a Omegna e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il nostro appartamento si trovava al piano terra con il giardino. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La proprietaria, poi è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolti con un regalo di benvenuto sia per i grandi che per i piccoli. Infine è stata molto disponibile per averci prestato un passeggino per il nostro piccolo, che avevamo dimenticato a casa. Grazie mille ancora sign.ra Sara Alla prossima 😊
