Having lake access was a huge bonus, as most of the lake is private access.

Was not a great fan of the trains at night, but there were few of them.

Paradise on Orta's Lake

The hosting family are extremely kind and welcoming people, they made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment exceeded our expectations, as described is comfortable, functional and well-located, it is basically everything that we needed. The beach access included in the price is a unique plus that makes the accommodation even more special. The house is close to the railway, but it was not a problem at all, on the contrary, it makes the atmosphere even more picturesque.

Luca war ein sehr toller und jederzeit hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Beach ist ein toller Ort zum relaxen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Parkplatz war sehr knapp bemessen und die Bahn führt schon sehr nahe am Haus vorbei.

Ruim appartement met toegang tot mooi strandje

Luca de eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam (tips iver de omgeving, hoe warmte buiten houden,...). De locatie is top door een zeer aangenaam strandje aan het meer op 5 minuutjes wandelen. De ligstoelen zijn er gratis en je kan er een 'fris drankje' of ijsje kopen. Een namiddag hebben we een motorbootje gehuurd, zeker een aanrader. We hadden appartement nummer 1 met een terrasje met uitzicht op het meer (zonder airco).. Er is ook een gemeenschappelijk binnentuintje met tafel en zeteltjes. Het appartement is ruim (inkomhal, slaapkamer, badkamer, keukentje en living). De meeste dingen zijn voorhanden in de keuken. De badkamer is ruim, goede douche en zelfs een wasmachine. Er is gratis parking op straat of aan het appartement. Neem zeker iets mee tegen de muggen (op het appartement stond ook wel een spuitbusje).

De nachtelijke treinen hielden ons soms wakker.. Slapen bij 28 graden went wel na 4 nachten en gelukkig waren er 2 ventilatoren die voor wat verkoeling zorgden.
