On the ground floor there is a sitting room closed by large windows, on a 52 inch television a comfortable double sofa bed and an armchair. After the living room there is the well equipped kitchen a fireplace then the washing machine inserted in the cabinet which also houses the pantry on the same floor as the first bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is the double bedroom and the second bathroom. Guests have access to an independent house with uncovered parking space and to the garden. The house is not suitable for small children and animals as it lives in a nearby area. Guests will be accompanied to the house, will have all the necessary information to manage themselves independently. The house has a kitchen in the pantry you will have basic food available for cooking such as oil, salt, milk and coffee. In the surroundings, a few kilometers away is the very pretty village of Orta San Giulio with excellent restaurants and local craft shops. We are about 1 hour's drive from Monte Rosa a beautiful 4000m mountain. 1 hour from the Canton of Valais in Switzerland and from Ticino with Ascona and Locarno. Excellent opportunity to ski in nearby towns. The area is not served by public transport so it is better to be self-employed. Guests will be escorted to the house, they will have all the above information needed to manage themselves autonomously throughout. The house is equipped with kitchen and will be available the basic foods for cooking like oil, salt, milk, coffee and pasta.
